We enjoyed our visit and stay at the condo. Everything was perfect. Condo was roomy and clean. Very happy with my choice. The owners take care of their property. I will rent again if needed and will never go to a hotel again. Location was great, near airport and hiking trails and restaurants. We visited Aunt Chilada's and Pita Jungle. The pool area was clean and had to only share with a couple of other tenants. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. The pictures are exactly what you get, and I was not disappointed. Had great memories at the condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay at a 1 bedroom condo by the same owner in the same complex. Everything we needed was provided. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a very convenient location with a great view of Squaw Peak. Restaurants, parks, hiking, and stores are within walking distance. The owner provided area information, discounts cards and guest card for Pointe Hilton. We had no difficulties renting, finding or accessing the condo or the owner. The pool was clean and not crowded. BBQ grills are available in the complex. There is plenty of extra parking and 1 covered assigned parking comes with condo. I would recommend this condo and we will stay there again also when we are in Phoenix.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were visiting Arizona to watch our son play in two different college golf tournaments. This condo was nicely located between both golf course locations and easy access to the highway.
We used the bikes only once and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the resort pass, just not enough time.
We were very appreciative that the kitchen was so nicely furnished so we could make our own meals. It was nice to have a laundry room and the walk-in closets were a very nice feature as well.
I suggest looking through the materials the owner provides regarding amenities in the area. We did not look at all the information until the last day and then realized there were other things we would have liked to visit. It was a quick and full packed trip for us.
We appreciated the detailed directions and found the condo with ease. Our entire experience with this condo and owner was ease, no difficulties or challenges.

We rented a 1 bedroom condo unit from the owner of this property in the same complex. There were absolutely no surprises and had met all our expectations as described in the property description. The condo was very well appointed. Getting around to all our planned vacation activities was made very easy due to the central location and accessibility to major thoroughfares.

The owners had shown a keen interest in our well being during our stay and provided ample opportunities for communication if we had any questions or concerns.

Without hesitation, we would recommend this location to anyone planning a vacation to Phoenix.

We were so skeptical of renting a condo online, but are so glad we did. All of the pictures are perfectly acurate. The condo was a great location central to all we did, Cubs games, Rockies games and just down the street for a great resort pool that Bill had given us passes to! The condo was the perfect size for our family of four, was very clean and had all the ammenities that one would want on vacation. Directions to the condo and how to get in and then lock up after we left were very clear. I highly recommend staying here, whether you plan on a week or months, it is very comfortable and convenient. We will definately book here again next Spring Break.

We enjoyed a two month stay at this lovely condo in a quiet area of North Phoenix.The condo was very clean, comfortable, well maintained, and well equipped to meet all of our needs. With two walk-in closets we were able to organize and store all of our things. We liked being able to walk to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve for hiking, to The Pointe Hilton, and to nearby restaurants when we chose to eat out. The owner also provided two bicycles so we were able to bike over to the canal trail. There was easy driving access via nearby SR 51 to Phoenix area attractions and major highways to other Arizona locations. Our stay was just great.

The owner was a pleasure to work with, responding readily and willingly to any needs or questions. He provided lots of helpful information about local attractions and a "guest card" to use at The Point Hilton.

Have stayed in 4 different Phoenix condos over past several years & this one was the best. Unit was clean, very well maintained, & well supplied with basic essentials. TVs, DVD, & WiFi were excellent. Neighborhood was quiet with little traffic, but also near Freeway 51 which made it very easy to get to major attractions. Great for hiking, walking, bicycling. Condo included a couple of bikes & 2 sets of golf clubs. We had almost exclusive use of the small condo pool. A nice park a couple of blocks away had walking/jogging paths with various "exercise stations" as well as a children's play area. A popular Mexican food restaurant, Aunt Chilada's, was a block away. A major plus was the nearby Pointe Hilton resort -- the condo owner provided a "guest card" that gave condo occupants access to the resort amenities plus a 20% discount at restaurants, lounge, shops, etc. The condo owners were a pleasure to work with; went overboard to ensure everything went smoothly.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and convenient. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and with TVs in the bedrooms, the kids could watch all their favorite programs. We had the pool to ourselves on most days and the condo is well located for the short drive to Squaw Peak or a walk to Dreamy Draw. It was so easy to get onto the SR51 for our trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was good to have the facilities of Pointe Hilton and several good restaurants within walking distance. The neighbors are very friendly here and really made us feel at home. I am sure we will back!
