We rented the condo for a week in early May. It was our first time in Tidewater Beach Resort and the whole area was a nice surprise. The beach is great, the building is in close proximity to Pier Park with shops and restaurants. It is just a short drive to Rosemary Beach and Seaside Heights for upscale restaurants and an evening walk. The building is modern, with great amenities, and well maintained. The condo was exactly as described and what you see in the pictures, we were very comfortable there. The owners, ILia and Elina were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would recommend this condo to any of my friends without any hesitation!

The unit was decorated exactly like the pictures, and all appliances/electronics were clean and in good working order. The storage closet with chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys was a great bonus that I know other units do not provide. The washing machine and dryer worked well, and we were able to keep up with clothes and towels so that we didn't have a lot dirty for the trip home. The tile floors and bathroom fixtures did not seem particularly clean, the sliding glass doors were smudged, and there were a few damages left from tenents before us; but I consider these things to be minor. The unit entrance is right in front of the elevators too (you could hear the elevators wizzing by), but it was not loud enough to keep me awake at night. Overall, it is a very nice unit, and we enjoyed our stay. The owners called within the first couple days to be sure everything was OK, and I'm sure they would have taken care of anything major. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a nice place on the beach.
A couple tips for future tenenats: 1) Don't pack a lot of beach toys/chairs/etc. - they have most of what you would need in their storage unit. 2) If you have a cool, windy day, the space between the white storage containers is the warmest on the beach.

Amazing!

Some friends and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo! The location is ideal, the condo itself beautifully furnished and very well maintained! Everything one could possibly need to feel at home is included (pots, pans, washer/dryer etc). The owners are extremely sweet and very easy to contact if needed. Definitely choosing this condo anytime I'm in the area and it's available!

Great Vacation Property

ILia was a great host and had a wonderful vacation property. The view from the twenty-sixth floor was fantastic. We watched marine life every morning from the balcony. The beach at the Tidewater Resort was very nice. The chairs and umbrella that ILia let us use were great and saved us quite a bit of money over renting chairs from the resort.
The condo was clean and well furnished with two master suites and bathrooms en suite. There was a bunk area and another bathroom between the main living area and the bedrooms. The living room, kitchen, and dining area were comfortable and the view, again, was amazing.
I highly recommend ILia's vacation home and will be staying here again for my next PCB vacation.

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

This is an awesome condo with some great scenery - and this place has a great location to take all of that view in. The balcony view is fantastic! We could see miles of ocean and I think what really made it for me was that you felt like you were flying above the Gulf every time we stepped out onto the balcony! It was so much fun to our kids to see the dolphins and sting rays swimming by from the balcony! and there is nothing like having a dinner with wine during the sunset while listening to the sound of the waves - it is absolutely priceless!!! The resort is about a 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of the Pier Park. The decor is super cute and relaxing. The condo has free high speed Internet access as well as more kitchen gadgets that I have at home. The unit was freshly painted and looked like something you'd see in a magazine. Beautiful tile, comfy bed, nice furniture, flat screen TV in every room, plenty of space ( we had 4 adults and 3 kids in our party) and 3 FULL BATHROOMS!!! I could go on but you can see pictures on the owners web site if you want. The owners Ilia and Elina are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great time, and we are looking forward to visiting you again next year.

This condo is beautiful, clean and spacious! I loved the colors and theme. We had 3 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 child with us and had more than enough room. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we even saw stingrays in the surf! Drinking my coffee on the balcony while watching the waves was so relaxing. The use of the umbrella and beach chairs was a huge bonus. Working with ILia was so easy and he was great. We will definately be coming back!

Great vacation in a beautiful clean condo. The owners were very responsive to anything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay with a great view and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to book our next trip!

Fantastic vacation rental

This condo was amazing... mostly for the view, but also for the amenities. There were 4 adults, and 3 teenagers in our party, and the size was more than adequate. The thing we enjoyed the most was waking early, and seeing what was swimming by in the ocean. You just don't get that perspective from the 3rd floor! The pelicans flying by at eye level, well, that made our trip to FL very unique. The rental was well maintained, and clean, and the chairs and umbrellas that we were able to use made our daily trip down to the beach easy and free! Ilia was very easy to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to a friend. The elevators were a bit frustrating, especially on the weekends, but even my kids said the wait was worth it, having the spectacular view that we did!

Awesome Family Vacation!

This was our second time to vacation at the Tidewater and we had an amazing time! The condo was exactly as described and the view was incredible! The beach chairs were a great bonus and we used them EVERY day. Everyone in our family had their own "space" and the bunks and bathroom area were perfect for our daughters! We will definitely stay again!
