View Condo located at Brian Head Ski Resort 3 hours north of Las Vegas Nevada on Interstate 15. This three bedroom two bath condo has all the amenities of home. From Thanksgiving to Easter enjoy skiing at Brian Head Ski Resort. This is the perfect place to bring your family skiing from beginner to Expert. Brian Head gets up to 400 inches of Dry UTAH SNOW each season.

In the summer you are close to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Brian Head is at a 9700 ft. elevation. The summers are cool enough to enjoy a fire in the evenings. No air conditioning required.

The lifts operate from July to September that will take you to nearly 11,000 feet above sea level for sight seeing and Mountain Biking. If you like to fish, you will enjoy nearby Mammoth Creek for stream fishing or Panguitch Lake where you can rent a boat.

If you are a private pilot you may fly to Parowan Airport(1L9) on the Las Vegas Sectional). Brian Head is only 13 miles away. An airport car may be available.

Awesome Place!!!

The rental process was very easy. The floorplan of the condo is perfect for a large group as there is plenty of seperated space. There is a master bedroom, living room, and kitchen upstairs, and another living room and 2 bedrooms downstairs. If skiing is what you're after the location is perfect as the condo sits across from the Giant Steps lodge and is within walking distance to the Wildflower lift which accesses the Navajo Mountain runs. And if you don't want to walk there is a free shuttle that runs through town. A little ski shop is also within walking distance and had good prices on rental gear. Great cross country ski trail too right down the road from the condo near the Chamber of Commerce. What else?...hot tub for the complex, plenty of wood for the fireplace, and a deer head mounted on the wall...everything for a great weekend with friends and family.

Stayed there the weekend of February 20th. Great place. Walkable to Giant Steps Lodge. Really spacious. Perfect for 6 people. Keep in mind there are only 2 bathrooms. Can fit 8 easily.

I like that no pets were allowed. No pet dander anywhere and it smelled and felt clean. Forgot to bring my swim trunks for the new jacuzzi. The shower head downstairs was made for little people. haha.

I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
