Executive Home, 5 Bedrooms, 5 Baths (Sleeps 10-14)

This Exclusive Home is situated in a area close to the mountains on a story book setting! Very private extra large yard with many trees. This is a perfect getaway if you love open spaces with beautiful setting! This home has 5 bedrooms plus a study and loft. Two king bedrooms and 3 queen beds. The main floor master suite features a large master bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor with access to all entertainment areas. There are 5 bathrooms, 4 full, and one half. Come enjoy our wonderful area.

The expansive yard features large shade trees. A large deck and a fenced in back yard for the pet or kids.

Sorry, no weddings or large gatherings.

Enjoy hiking and biking trails adjacent to our home. Aituated close to hiking trails and mountain trails! Miles and miles of open space.

Your entertaining will be complete in our large gourmet kitchen with tasteful granite and cabinets. Also a gas cook top with overhead stainless vent! Side by side refrigerator with ice maker. A nice upgrade dishwasher and built in oven and microwave! New flat screen 36' LCD in the kitchen will make sure your not to miss any events!

Other features are dining room, breakfast nook, full finished basement and vaulted living room with gas fireplace and leather sofas. Large windows and sliding doors open to the deck and yard!

The property is close to Red Rocks and a short drive to downtown Denver, the mountains and Denver Tech area!

Rental is available short or long term!

We are also very poplar for longer extended leases while looking to find a home in the area to purchase.

October 12, 2009: We just returned from a week-long stay at this beautiful home in Greenwood Village. The kitchen is spacious with top-of-the-line appliances and is well-stocked for any chef who wants to prepare a meal at home. The master suite is large and luxurious. All rooms have TV's in them and overall, I would have to say that the owner put a lot of detail in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The surrounding yard with multiple trees sets the tone for a very peaceful environment. Location-wise, we found the Greenwood Village home ideally located to visit any Downtown Denver attractions (about 20-25 minutes) or even for longer trips to ski resorts such as Vail (about 2 hrs drive). But mostly, my family and I will treasure the memories we had in the Greenwood Village home as it was so luxurious yet cozy at the same time. We certainly recommend others to stay here and we would surely like to return to this home on future trips.

Excellent lodging, hospitality and living arrangement. Spacious kitchen became a focal point for our family Christmas getaway, yet there were peripheral spaces for subsets of family for various activities. Quiet and comfortable. Thoughtful host provided us with a Christmas tree, Christmas wreaths and decorations (he goes the extra mile to help make an enjoyable stay). We would recommend this vacation rental to our friends.
