An artist and a musician come together and buy a weekend house in Hudson after falling in love with the town. They then get engaged in Hudson and have a baby there as well. What more can we say? Come and check out what we fell in love with!
This is an 1860 Italianate design. We wanted to bring it back to it's former glory, but with modern amenities. We took the house down to the studs and started over, leaving the only originally historic item, the staircase/banister. The exterior was restored to its original look with mostly original wood siding, with some replacements. We love having a historic home with a modern feel.
