5 Star Vacation - Great place to stay in Orlando!

This was the perfect location & accommodations for our Orlando vacation! Ana from ITZ was wonderful to work with. She answered all e-mails within a day and provided all necessary information prior to our arrival. The welcome basket and personalized note, was a really nice touch. Thank you ITZ!
The condo & club house photos are exactly as they appear. Condo & grounds were extremely clean, and everything we needed was available in our condo. The wii games, board games, movies, and books were also an awesome touch. Washer/Dryer was very handy too.
Location was perfect...super easy to get to/from Universal Studios, International Drive, and only 1 1/2 hour drive to Clearwater Beach. We have one more night here, and don't want to leave!

Wonderful location and amenities!!

We came in for the Montessori Conference at the Hilton near the convention center. It was amazing that we were close enough to walk and save the $15 parking fee daily. The townhome was fabulous and so convenient! I may have to come back with my family this summer!

Best Unit in Vista Cay

We have stayed at the Vista Cay Resort a number of times in the past but this unit managed by Ana Vaccaro is by far the best unit in the facility. It started with our arrival with a welcome basket, great touch! The place was spotless and the little touches, like laundry soap, paper towels, the basic neccesities to get you started, are things most property manager miss. I will request this unit everytime I am in Orlando moving forward.

Best Vacation Rental We Have Had

The home was wonderful, clean and appointed better than indicated. Close to Universal, Sea World and Disney. Best vacation rental we have had to date. Will book again the next time we are in Orlando.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at this townhouse for 3 nights...3/14/11-3/17/11 while visiting Disney and Universal before embarking on a Disney cruise and it was perfect for our needs. Close to Disney, Universal, grocery shopping, kid friendly restaurants, etc. and a short drive to both the airport and the cruiseport. The townhouse was very comfortable, attractively decorated and well furnished. Everything was clean and well maintained.. We had four adults and two children and it was almost like having two separate units while sharing the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
It was great having a nice place to come home to after a full day at the parks. It worked out to be a good value compared to renting two hotel rooms (even if we chose a budget hotel). We definitely would recommend Vista Cay, and in particular, this unit to others. The pool and clubhouse of Vista Cay are also clean and well maintained.
Our contact was Ana at ITZ Group, LLC, who was always quick to reply to my emails and questions and very helpful. When we arrived, we couldn't locate the information as to the code to use the free wireless. We called Ana and had a return call with the information in minutes. Great customer service.
The pictures and descriptions are very accurate...this unit exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with the rental.

This rental is perfect in every possible way. It had that comfortable home feel which made it extremely hard to leave when our vacation ended.
Apart of me wants to keep it as my little secret but it would be unfair not to allow others to enjoy this lovely gem.

Fantastic Home for a Family Reunion

My family and I recently returned to the States for our annual vacation. We live abroad, as does our extended family. This home was the venue for our family reunion. Everyone was thoroughly impressed with the house and the amenities. This property is one of the finest we have ever stayed in, and we have been around the world. The owners are fantastic people. They think of everything and provide service that is second to none.
The location of this property is excellent. We have been to Orlando many times in the past. This house is centrally located and easily accessible.
My family is already asking if we have reserved a time slot for next year!

We just returned from a 5 night stay at this townhouse and the accommodations were absolutely SPECTACULAR! The house was immaculate & had all the comforts of home. It was nice to be so close to everything Orlando has to offer... ust a short 10 minute drive to any of the Disney parks & right down the street from the convention center. Thank you for making this vacation one we will never forget! I would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for five star accommodations and a great value. The unit was very spacious with three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths & flat screen tv's in each room. The kids loved swimming in the gigantic pool and we enjoyed the hot tub! Our family will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Our company recently attended a 3-day trade show in Orlando. Since we stay at hotels every week, we thought we would stay in a condo during this particular show. Plus, it would be nice to save some money, have a little more space and relax in a nice enviornment. We did some research and discovered this condo was right by the convention center. So, the 3 of us booked this 3-bedroom condo.
Well, it didn't disappoint. It was very nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights and it was much better than staying in a hotel. We had flat screen TV's in every room, a full kitchen and plenty of room to relax after a long day. I would recommend this to anyone that will be traveling to Orlando for business or pleasure.

This place was great. Everything is brand new. The place was in exceptional condition. The condo is right in the middle of just about everything, convenient to tons of restaurants, and close to the major roads to get around town. Much better than staying in a hotel. I will be back. Thanks.
