Our group of 5 guys made this our "home" for our annual trip to Arizona to catch some spring training baseball - and we couldn't have been happier. We had more than enough space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (plus the convertible beds). It was also great to have the garage for parking. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located; we went to games in Mesa, Glendale, Peoria, Maryvale and downtown Phoenix and never felt like we traveled too far. The putting green in the backyard also provided plenty of entertainment when we weren't in baseball mode.

Dan's communication was great and the house is exactly as advertised (very clean too!). The only surprise we experienced was how spacious the house actually was.

As soon as we finalize the dates for our 2014 Spring Training trip, we'll be calling Dan!

Everything about this property is as advertised, the owner has things in order for your stay to be enjoyable and it is a very nice home. If you are going to be in the Tempe area this is a great place to stay and base your daytrips out of.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, everything worked, nice neighborhood. Good central location to a number of Spring Training sites, and close to ASU. Everything was great, especially the putting green! We had a great time putting while the steaks were cooking on the BBQ. Dan was great to work with.

This was our third year staying at Shannon. Another great experience -- location is central and the condo fits our large group well. Dan is an outstanding landlord.

I recently participated in the 2012 Ironman Arizona triathlon. I was looking for a home to house 5 other family members, including myself. This property I found on VRBO was PERFECT! It had all the appropriate amenities and was very clean. The location is also less than 5 miles from downtown Mill St.
The landlord worked with us in setting up a stay from Thursday through Tuesday, and none of us have any complaints to say about the place.
If you are looking to race in 2013 or just looking to visit Arizona, this would be a great option for your stay.

We did not really know what to expect when we first walked in. To our surprise, we found the place very clean and well maintained, very comfortable to make our stay enjoyable, the amenities were outstanding, the pictures displayed on vrbo very much matched the clean and immaculate home itself, & the owner was very considerate and returned the security deposit promptly. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this house to any guests looking for a place to stay in Tempe!

In for spring training games and found the property a great place to stay. Located in a well kept subdivision it provided a quiet oasis yet had close access to restaurants, shopping, and easy access to area expressways. Inside was spotless and well maintained. Would recommend highly.

This was our second stay at one of Dan's properties and we found this property like the other...perfect. Dan was very accommodating and the house was clean and comfortable. We came to Phoenix to visit our daughter who is an ASU student and we are already wanting to book one of Dan's properties for our next visit.
