Located on Beach Point, the Sunrise Cottages condos offer stand alone seasonal houses with views of Pilgrim Lake, and ocean breezes from the Bay just across the street.
Built in 2007, these modern cottages have all the updates anyone could want, still with the cozy feel of a typical Cape Cod vacation retreat. Cedar shingles adorn the modern architecture, already weathered to the perfect shade of Cape Cod grey. Vaulted ceilings and open floor plan give it an airy feel. Nearly everything is new and fresh, decorated in a modern seashore theme. The house has A/C if you want that, and heat for the off season if necessary.
The home is 800 square feet. There are two ample sized bedrooms. The master has a queen bed with brand new mattress, while the guest room has twin beds. The couch also contains a new queen sleeper sofa. An oversized bathroom, generously appointed kitchen, and convenient laundry area complete our home. Bluray movies, books, board games and toddler toys

My husband grew up going to Truro with his uncle, and I grew up always doing day trips to the national seashore with my parents. We love the outer cape and always knew we wanted to buy something small out there. It's been an amazing blessing for our family to have a little getaway only 2.5 hrs from home, and in the few short years we've owned, we've fallen even more in love with the area. We have found all our favorite restaurants and secret beaches and absolutely everything you can do with a toddler, we've found. We've also traced out family history to the founding of Eastham and some of the historic buildings in Truro, making it that much more special.
We wanted a place that was close to or near move in ready, and not with years of wear and tear. We were so lucky to find our cottage only a few years after being built and still owned by the builder. With everything so new, we have very few maintenance worries. We love the view off the deck, the proximity to Ptown, and especially the bus that comes to the driveway and takes you into town. The open concept floor plan and high ceilings were just a bonus for us.
