Our first floor condo sits directly on the Intracoastal Waterway where you will enjoy seeing dolphins swimming, boats sailing by and people walking along the boardwalk.

This beautiful home offers Granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, tile backsplash in kitchen, brand new panel style window treatments, new G.E. black appliances, upgraded 18"x18" ceramic tile flooring, upgraded carpet in the bedrooms, totally remodeled master bathroom and fully furnished.

The master bedroom has a beautiful Queen Sized Bed with matching dresser and end table, a huge walk-in closet and a built in drawer stack next to the bathroom. The second bedroom has an adjustable Double bed and oversized closet with private access to the 2nd bathroom.

Enjoy your view from your master bedroom, great room, kitchen and huge screened porch.

A private 3,200 foot Boardwalk is just a few steps away from your back door. You will also enjoy our fishing pier and observation spot right across from Chicken Island.

You can relax or exercise in one of our 2 beautiful heated pools or enjoy playing a game of tennis or putt-putt golf right without ever leaving the property.

The Club House has a library, card rooms, kitchen and social hall. (The Club house is available for private party rentals). The fitness room has all the standard equipment.

We are only 4 blocks from the sandy ocean beach. Within a mile there are Restaurants, Supermarkets, department stores, live theater, movie theaters, boat rentals, shopping malls, Churches, Bars and a hospital. Within 15 minutes you have your choice of several golf courses, more Restaurants, Fast Food, WalMart, K-Mart, Home Depot, and more.

I chose to buy this great condo on Bouchelle Island in New Smyrna Beach because it is such an excellent location. You can relax and unwind...or you can exercise, swim, bike, putt-putt golf or go for a nice long walk along the water and never even leave the property.

While staying here you are just minutes from the beach, rental and tour boats, shopping, shuffleboard, golfing, or enjoy a bite to eat at a quaint casual cafe or an upscale restaraunt on the water while listening to live music. The perfect beach vacation

We enjoyed your condo very much. Everything was so beautiful and peaceful.
Your place is in such a perfect spot that we did not want to leave. We will miss waking up to watch dolphins play while we sit on your screened in patio drinking our tea. Just lovely.
