Terrific condo+great location & reasonably priced
This is the second time my family had ski trip at Mammoth. We stayed at Mammoth Mountain Lodge last time, it was nice location for ski, but the limited choice of food or had to drive down in the dark to get food prompted us to try something different this time.
Fortunately we found Erin's condo and it was still available. We stayed for 4 nights. We found that it was a high plus to have choices of eat out or simply cook at home, especially for our two boys, who did not like to put on heavy cloths again after took them off after a day's ski. They by the way liked the fireplace a lot.
The location is great, within walking distance to the village gondola.
There is no access to the internet in the cabin can be looked at either way. I preferred to have it, but my two boys didn't mind because they enjoyed those card and board games every night.

Cozy Condo + Great Location!!
Erin's condo is fantastic! It is Cozy yet specious... comfortably accommodated 5 people (4 in the loft and 1 on the pull out sofa in the living room). 2 full baths were a definite plus!! Location is great...walk up the parking lot to the blue line shuttle (takes you into the village and then to Canyon Lodge)....No need to store skis and boots. Also, short walk to the village...no real need to wait for the shuttle. Erin does a terrific job of clearly explaining all instructions for the condo, and is easily accessible via phone or email to answer any questions. One minor downside - - No internet connection...must go to clubhouse or into village if it is necessary.

Cozy condo that feels like a cabin!
This was my first trip to Mammoth to celebrate my birthday with some friends, and I couldn't have picked a better place. The condo is cozy, just the right size for 4-6 people to stay comfortably. My favorite part was the location; I never once had to start my car until I was ready to leave the mountain. It's an easy walk to the village gondola which takes you right to the slopes. It just doesn't get much better than that!
The condo had everything we needed; towels, full kitchen setup, tons of linens, etc. And we were never cold either and we only used the one heater out of 3.
I can't wait to go back!

Great condo!
The location is great, just a few blocks from the village. The condo is stocked with blankets, soap, shampoo, DVDs, games, dishes, washer, dryer and fire wood. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with. We had a great experience with no issues!

Terrific condo for a ski trip
This is a great condo with snow-capped mountain views through the balcony. The condo was very comfortable (loved all the recliners and comfy beds). The unit is really clean and the best of all the condo is in a really convenient location (close to everything).

Great Place
This is a great place. The studio is located in a nice and quiet complex with plenty of parking space. Inside was cleaned and comfortable for the 6 of us. For our week's stay, it was well stocked with hand soap, body soap, shampoo, lotion, toilet papers, and towels. Also, with four children, we cooked a lot there and loved the kitchen having all the necessities to prepare meals. We were 3 blocks from the Village and enjoyed a movie under the stars and fourth of July festivities there (The live band was awesome.). Also, two blocks away, there is a scenic bike path that goes to Twin Lakes, Lake Mary, and Lake George which we like very much. Other outdoor excursions and attractions were less than 30 minutes from there. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and are considering to return for winter activities. Perfect Getaway
This place was the perfect mountain retreat. Walking distance to the ski village, restaurants and bars with shuttles nearby. The way this condo sits on the property really gives you a sense of privacy looking out the back through the trees. The bed was super comfy and I had room to hang everything I had with me as I was staying for over a week. All the appliances worked fine - had no problem preparing meals or anything. This place is just what I was looking for and I will be coming back (if its not already booked!).

thanks for renting out the condo. The kids enjoyed the loft and the location was less than a 5 minute walk to the Village as advertised. Great family unit
We chose this rental based on location, and were completely satisfied. The condo is within walking distance to the Village and has easy access to the slopes. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our teenage daughter and friend loved the privacy in the upstairs loft, which gave us the entire downstairs. I recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable unit near the mountain who also enjoys the evening activities in the Village. Don't miss beer tasting at Mammoth Mountain Brewery! The owner was very responsive to all of our inquiries. Thank you Erin!
