Our appartement is part of a wonderful, calm vacation property on the island Tierra Verde, south of St. Petersburg. The appartement contains air condition, two sleeping rooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The property contains a swimming pool. Soto park, which can be easily reached (even by bicycle), is not far away and presents opportunities for swimming, fishing, walking, biking and roller-skating.

Sie müssen über zwei Monate warten und dann reklamieren, bis Sie Ihre Kaution zurückbekommen! Die Betten sind alt und durchgelegen. In der Nichtraucherwohnung stinkt es nach Rauch.Insgesamt vermittelt die Wohnung den Eindruck, dass dort seit 20 Jahren nichts mehr modernisiert wurde.
Owner's Response: Dies war der erste Gast, der diese Ansicht vertrat. Ansonsten zeichnet sich unsere Wohnung durch eine Vielzahl wiederkehrender Mieter aus. Wir selbst sind in jedem Jahr ein- bis zweimal dort. Sämtliche Wohnzimmermöbel wurden bereits erneuert, ebenso wie die TV Geräte. Gefliesst wurde dort ebenfalls. Und auch Rauch hat noch nie jemand gemeldet. Zumal wir nicht über Agentur vermieten und nur selbst den Schlüssel vergeben.
