Had a great stay the 1st week of January 2011, Mr Moreno is fantastic and very very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, close to everything and very peaceful.
Thank you again John and I will be staying with you again in the near future. I have also referred you to many of my Business associates who prefer an apartment to a hotel for the cost factor, privacy and convenience.

From the owner down to the smallest detail, everything about this apartment was first class!! I would highly reccomend this place, or one of his other places to anyone going to Bogota for any amount of time. The price was much cheaper than a hotel, plus you get your own personal maid who will shop, clean, cook and keep the place looking fantastic!! There are security guards on duty 24 hours a day to help keep piece of mind if you have any doubts about safety, which we did not at all.
This particular apartment is in a safe neighborhood, with all amenities around, and anything you cant find within a ten minute walk, can be found with a ten minute taxi ride(which is very inexpensive too!) Free Internet and international calling was included as well! what a bonus!! Next time I am in Bogota, there is no doubt that I will be contacting John to stay in one of his five places. He is a very nice man, who showed us around the neighborhood and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. Thank you John! I look forward to seeing you next time we are in Bogota!!

My family and I stayed at the apartment for 7 weeks as we adopted our son. The apartment was fantastic! It was a home away from home, with all the amenities (apartment is perfect for children as well!!!) The housekeeper was awesome and you will definitely be spoiled! The apartment is conveniently located to nearby shops and malls, easily within walking distance or a short taxi ride. In addition, it's in a very safe area of Bogotá and had no issues during my stay.

Having free Internet as well as free calls to the USA was a great benefit as well!!

If you are looking to stay a week, or two months in my case, the apartment is perfect for you!

Your apartment was really great. The location was great with the cafe, bakery and shops just one block away. Plenty of room in the apartment and it was very clean. We will come back when in Bogota.

My brother and I stayed here for 8 days (3/18-3/25). We were there for a family wedding. The location was perfect, the service fantastic and the owner (John) was very nice. We were met with our keys and given all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable with the best part being 'Carmen'. She made us breakfast every day and even prepared a delicious 'ajiaco' for a last minute dinner party we hosted for our family.

I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when visiting Bogota. Thanks John!

I stayed here for four days march 13-16. We had five people total, it sleeps six. I slept on the pull out futon-couch with my wife. Don´t expect boxspring beds like in the states. We also stayed at #2 for three days (see review on that page). This was a bit smaller than #2. I have no complaints, it was a very comfortable place. The owner lives with in walking distance and is easily reachable with any problems. Request to have our maid "Milena" she was a great cook. I would just give her a list of ingredients and she did the rest. The location is one block from #2 if you have to do a split stay like we did. This is located next to a neat little neighborhood park with all the necessities. You don´t have to get groceries at a big supermarket, just go to the places next by (the fruit market was the BEST!) the best part is being able to pack lightly because the maid can do your laundry every day. Don´t take the lack of reviews for a bad place, its just new! Highly recommended for short or long stay if you are more connected with the north of the city than the south.
