We had a great vacation staying at the Sea Winds. Upon our arrival we were greeted by owners AL and Holly and given the royal welcome and tour. They really made us feel welcomed.
The condo was perfect; well equipped, clean, comfortable, and in a great ocean view location. Each evening we experienced a beautiful sunset from our 17th floor large balconey. We left the doors open at night and let the ocean waves sing us to sleep. This was a really relaxing trip. We would rate our experience a 5 star if it the beach would have been a softer sand instead of seashells. This place is a winner!

Your comment about "The sand softer"? We had just finished a $600K renourshment of the beach the week before. We lost some of our beach due to Tropical Storm Sandy and they had just finished making the beach about 100 ft deeper. Guess it is better a few sea shells for awhile than no beach in the future. Soon it will be the sugar sand beach you've been spoiled with before..

Most beautiful view on Marco Island!

We had a wonderful time during our spring break week.The 2 bedroom condo was lovely, very clean and nicely equipped. The amenties including beach chairs, umbrella, sand and water toys were much appreciated.The pool and hot tub were popular with our boys while the beach was great for the adults. Holly met us on move in day and walked us through everything which was great and gave us some dining suggestions as well. The view from this unit is absolutely gorgeous with the prettiest sunsets I have ever seen in Florida.

Simply the BEST!!!! Al and Holly went out of their way to help and accommodate us before our arrival and during our stay! Thank you so much.
This condo is gorgeous and immaculate and the views and sunsets are amazing. The beach is pristine and shells are everywhere. The everglades are close by and we enjoyed seeing the alligators and all of the different birds. We went on a manatee tour boat and that was truly enjoyable. There is so much close by to do or you can just kick back and relax.
Al and Holly provide everything you need to make you feel comfortable, at home, and well taken care of. Would highly recommend!!!!
We have vacationed in many parts of FL over the years but this was hands down the best!! We hope to be back here again next year.

My Wife and I have been to Marco Island numerous times; we have stayed in some of the "finest" accomodations available and been very happy. This being said I can say without hestitation that your condo provided us with our best stay on this fabulous island. Three things seperate this condo from the rest; 1. The view from the unit is beyond description, the sunsets are remarkable - 2. The unit itself is fantastic, clean and completely equiped for your stay (they provide everything you need for the beach) 3. The owners; Holly & Al go out of their way to make your vacation experience memorable; from the rental process to check in (they are there to greet you and help you move in). You can't go wrong choosing this unit for your vacation!!!! I would recommend this unit to everyone, we will certainly be back.

A Lovely Condo

This was our 4th year going to Marco Island and 2nd year staying in this condo. I cannot say enough kind words about Holly and Al. They are thoughtful, considerate and are sure to help in any way they can to make your vacation easier. They even met us at 10 pm the evening when we arrived and carried up our luggage! So if you are trying to decide where to stay, just go ahead and book this place. It's above and beyond the other 2 places we have stayed, not to mention the views and easy proximity to the beach. Very clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with the essentials, including beach gear and coolers. It's all perfect! Thank you again, Holly and Al!

Great time in Marco Island

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Winds. 17 th floor has great views of the ocean, dolphins and beach. Bring your binoculars. Did some golfing, fishing and water sports. Weather was great, high 80's every day. Pool is kind of small and does get crowded at times. Al and Holly met us upon arrival to explain the rules of the condo and things to do during our week stay. Plenty of room for our family of four. Good times and great family memories.

Our Dream Come True!!!!!

Al & Holly were warm and friendly. The condo was crisp, very clean and well supplied withh all daily necessities. The views were breathtaking, the beach was exactly what we had dreamed about, and the water was crystal clear and warm. Anything we could have wanted (restaurants, trolley stop, ice cream cones) was within walking distance. By far the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we have ever had. We plan to go back again next year to this very place.

A Perfect Week In A Perfect Place

Our recent stay from March 19-26, 2011 was great. The condo was as comfortable as home, spotless and clean as a whistle. The views are magnificent, and we loved being at the south end of the island. We were within walking distance to great restaurants, and the boat ramp/fishing area. The condo was so quiet at night, we were able to leave the doors open all night thanks to the weather, it was perfect. The pool area was nice, but we don't travel to a beach as nice as Marco Island to spend much time at the pool. This was one of the nicest and most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time, and Holly and Al surely did their part in making us comfortable in this beautiful condo. Thanks Again, and hope to see you again!!!!!!!!!!

Great location, great owners, great place, book it

We rented this condo for a week and the owners could not be nicer or more thoughtful. The condo is super super clean, beautifully updated and very well stocked with the necessities. Holly and Al also make sure you have things like plenty of toilet paper, tissues, dishwashing soap, detergent, napkins, even Siran wrap and sandwich baggies. Trust me, most places don't carry any of these items. And there are beach chairs and lots of buckets and shovels if you are bringing your kids. By far the best place we have stayed in the 3 years we have gone to Marco and Holly and Al are very considerate and accommodating. And you get to watch the sun set every evening and the dolphins swim each day. Spoiled. Rotten. So happy to have finally found a place where we can go back to and stay each year. Thanks again - it was a great week!

Natural Beauty

Marcos Island was a wonderful place to vacation. The natural beauty of the island coupled with the wide assortment of wildlife made our week there a delight. The location of the Cohoon's condo enhanced the experience because it was within walking distance of many restaurants that offered a view of the setting sun - a true gift! The condo itself was well maintained, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for the two of us and our adult daughter. I wouldn't change a thing and will definitely be back.
