Palms is a exclusive Gulf and Beach Front condo on Manasota Key in Englewood Florida. This enchanting barrier island located on the west coast of Florida with turquoise blue water, many wildlife species and pleasant island breezes. This tropical island has white sandy beaches, sand dunes, boulders, and tropical foliage.

This spectacular 2800 square foot penthouse condo is a gulf front unit only steps away from the beach. This condo offers 3 bedrooms each with in suite bathrooms for privacy and convenience. The condo offers spacious accommodations with a large living room with den adjacent with two flat screen TV's , gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and formal dining room. Enjoy the fantastic gulf/beach views from the private lanai off the living room.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, sitting area, private roomy glass enclosed shower, marble soaking jetted bathtub perfect for relaxation, double sinks, large walk-in closet and large private lanai/balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf and Lemon Bay.

The second bedroom has queen bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom and views of the swimming pool. The third bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, private bathroom and views of the swimming pool.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with plenty of counter space. Abundance of wood maple cabinets and top of the line appliances for all your cooking needs.

This complex offers a wonderful heated private swimming pool, private covered parking, easy to access to beach and stunning views of the Gulf and Lemon Bay.

The two large verandahs is equipped with four chaise lounge chairs, granite table with four chairs and two cafe tables with four chairs. Work on your tan or catch a nap from your partially covered lanai with a calm breeze.

I was very pleased with this condo. It is spacious and nicely decorated. I could tell that the owners had done deep cleaning just before we arrived. The kitchen is top notch and fully equipped. The bedrooms are large with nice bedding and each bedroom has it's own private bathroom; which was wonderful for us. This condo has a "bonus" den room off the living area allowing for extra space and a great place to read. The 2 lanais (off Master and Living Room) are both large and on the side of the complex but offer beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The property is nicely landscaped and the views give you a Carribbean feel with all of the greens and blues in the water. We saw dolphins every morning. Just a little piece of paradise!! I would suggest this condo to friends and family and hope to visit again myself someday.
