FRIDAY TO FRIDAY rentals only from Mid June to Labor Day, unless noted otherwise on rate schedule. 3 night minimum stay over 3 day holiday weekend. 2 night minimum stay required all other times. A $400 refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance and any other fee(s) are due 1 month prior to your scheduled arrival.
