This is the 2nd time we have stopped at this villa. Again we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others again.

Spent two great weeks in Orlando in this house. Great house with lots of space for us (2 adults and 4 kids). Nice area with shopping - both grocery and other - close by.

Nice kitchen and living-room - had a little problem with the tv, but then we didn't travel this far to watch tv. Everything was clean and ready on arrival.

Service from rental-people was great both before, during and after our stay. Deposit returned in less than 10 days from our departure.

Had a great time! The home was beautiful and just what the doctor ordered. Close to all the attractions we were interested in, Magic Kingdom, Universal, Golfing and of course Shopping.

I will certainly be taking advantage of this home again and will recommend to my friends.

Staff and prperty manager in resort were great as usual.

the house was clean. we had an ant issue, but they took care of it pretty quickly. however, this owner/manger will not get back to me about my deposit! we stayed there in mid October, i was told a check would be sent no later than Dec. 1 and still NOTHING.

After several years renting vacation properties in Florida, we found this property the best. It is clean, well maintained and very well equipped - like being at home. No shortage of conveniences/amenities.
Interior is tasteful, child friendly and not over-decorated. Perfect for vacationing with the kids. Lanai, patio furniture and pool spoils the renter. Pool heater kept water at perfect temperature. Owners were friendly, helpful and committed to ensuring we enjoyed ourselves.
Rental location proved ideal for travel to Disney, North Orlando sightseeing and even Tampa.
Would recommend this house to others. Thank you for helping to make our trip memorable.

We recently returned from 2 weeks in Florida and I am so glad we chose this home to stay in. We were thinking about spending one week at a Disney resort however, I am thrilled we decided to stay at the house for the entire trip, it saved us lots of money on accommodations. Everything we needed, and then some, was there for us. All we had to do was buy food! The pool was a Godsend since most days the temperature hovered around 100 degrees. The resort is beautiful and the security and clubhouse staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great for all attractions! It was very easy to get to the house from the airport and quite easy to get to all the attractions. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Florida! I would recommend this home to anyone, especially is you have children. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It truly was our home away from home!

We had amazing weather for both weeks over the Easter break and the house just added to a great experience. Our eight-year-old son really made use of the pool (as we all did).
I couldn't believe the location of the resort in relation to the theme parks, restaurants, etc. Just a short drive and we were there. When we were driving around one day, I recognized some of the other communities that had houses we were considering and they were nowhere near as close as yours was.
We saw plenty in two weeks including all the parks, New Smyrna Beach and Kennedy Space Centre. We even saw an armadillo walking across the front lawn one night.
We'll hopefully return again in the future and your house would be our first choice.
