Amenity Information:

The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. Three upstairs bedrooms have Queen Beds. One upstairs bedroom has Two Twin Beds. The game room upstairs has a Queen Sofa Sleeper with a comfortable, memory foam mattress. All are decorated to please. Each of the 4 1/2 bathrooms are nicely appointed. Master bedroom has a sitting room with HD flat screen and a large private balcony. You can watch the world go by from this balcony. There are 4 large and spacious bedrooms upstairs. The bedroom downstairs is fun and whimsical. One might call it the 'Monkey Room' (see photo). The game room with the queen sofa bed has, a TV, Shuffle Board Table, games. including toys & books for the little ones. In the den downstairs there is also a TV and DVD for everyone's enjoyment. Lots of space and privacy for everyone in this home.

All bathrooms are nice sizes with lots of room in cupboards and drawers. Soft plush towels and a blow dryer in each bathroom.

Where do I start ! ! Waking up with a good cup of coffee....sunshine....and hot air balloons in the front or back of the house....it does wonders for the soul ! It was all a great stay. House was all it says it is......plenty of space for privacy but yet all rooms were welcoming to entertain others. We are planning on going back next year for a birthday party of ALL ages. Being on top of the hill makes it nice for views and privacy from other neighbors .Weather couldn't of been better. Can't say enough of Judy and Dave. They were concerned about our needs and comfort. We are lucky to have crossed paths with these people. If anyone is looking into renting a house.....don't hesitate ! You will not be ready to leave. I wasn't after 17 days

This was our 2nd time staying at David & Judy's property. It is everything you could wish for: immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, gourmet stocked kitchen, fantastic views. We are a group of 8 golfers in our late 40's with high expectations and fine tastes. This property suited us perfectly. The owners are absolutely lovely and very helpful. We will be back.

Just perfect AGAIN !!

This is our 3rd time staying at Judy and Dave's beautiful home. Everytime we arrive it is perfect. The view in the evening is spectacular. The house is spacious and Judy and Dave are the kindest people one can meet. I plan on staying here every year as the location is central to many points of interest. You can do no wrong staying here. It truly is a "Villa in Paradise" See you next year.

We had an outstanding vacation at Villa in Paradise. It truly is a wonderful property. The home is private and quite with outstanding views. It is also close to everything. The patio is very large, and the pool is just the right size to swim some laps. Everything is top quality from the bedding to the pool towels. And the home is very large, so everyone has their own space. We loved the shuffle board table in the Media room. Judy and David are wonderful hosts and very attentive to any questions. Book this for your next vacation; you will love it!

This property was all that was advertised and more. Very clean and well maintained, close to shopping and many spring training sites. Recommendation of Tagliani's Italian restaurant was wonderful.
Judy was quick to respond to questions all through the process. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be back!

Beautiful home that was very clean and spacious. There are many golf courses within a short drive from the property and Dave's course recommendations were very helpful.

Villa in Paradise is lovely. The property is well maintained and our inquiries to Judy were kindly received. We enjoyed the wonderful kitchen and the unexpected pantry along with the pool and outside dining area the most. The location, privacy and views are beautiful. It was the perfect gathering place for our family.
Phoenix is big with much to do!
The Desert Botanical Gardens and MIM visits were highlights.

Wonderful large home in NW Phoenix. Very clean, wonderfully appointed with nice furnishings. Pool was great. Fantastic views from the back yard. Great owners, Dave and Judy. Would rent again in a heartbeat on our next golf vacation to Phoenix.

Beautiful Home

From the arrangements to the departure, this home was first class. This was our first home rental, and David & Judy did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable with the process.

Our entire family converged on the Phoenix area for a family reunion. We all met at the airport and drove to the house. From the moment we entered the front door, our comments were, "wow". The home is immaculate, well-decorated, beautiful, and extremely clean. It blows away even the 5-star hotels we've stayed at.

David & Judy were responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

The description and pictures don't do the home justice. We liked the fact that there is a grocery store 5 minutes away.

We will be back! Thanks for your hospitality!

New Years Fun

Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful home. My husband turned 50 on December 31st, so what better way to celebrate than to visit his family in Phoenix. Having lived in Phoenix for years, we try to visit at least once a year. We generally stay with family when visiting, but this time no one had a home big enough for all of us. We rented your home so that we would have a large enough place for everyone to hang out. It was perfect. The heated pool was a bonus. Just about everything we needed was available for our use. The view was spectacular, and the house was very comfortable.
