This three bedroom, two bath Physician's weekend home is now available for rental. The three bedroom, two bath waterfront house is on a quiet cul de sac and is all on one level (no stairs). From the moment you enter the house you have a water view. Large living room, master bedroom, kitchen and dining room all look out onto the water. It is very light and spacious with plenty of windows to let the beautiful Florida sunshine in. View is framed by coconut palms, hibiscus and mango trees providing shade in the afternoon, and beautiful sunsets! Everything is new and completely remodeled, not a typical rental home. Kitchen is stocked for the serious cook, with dinnerware for twelve hand-painted in Portugal, and dining room table seats eight. Lots of books (including cookbooks), DVD's, CD's, puzzles and games provided. Granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Separate laundry room.
Master with king-size bed with Waverly linens, private bath with double sinks, huge walk-in shower with seat. Separate hall leads to second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with twin beds, and second bathroom.
At your private pool just out the back door is a covered lanai, as well as teak table and bamboo furniture and covered swing, lounge chairs, and gas grill. Bikes, pool floats, and beach chairs and umbrellas are in the garage, with plenty of parking space in the driveway.
The couple who own the home live nearby in Tampa, and the property manager lives just across the street, so you can be confident that any problems or concerns will be quickly resolved. The house has only been rented since 2010, and most renters have expressed interest or have already booked to return next year. Please call or e-mail with any questions. We look forward to having you as our guests.

We bought this house when our son was four years old and we enjoyed coming here from Tampa almost every weekend. Now that he is in middle school there are too many weekend activities to go to the beach house very often. It seemed a shame for such a nice house to sit empty so much of the time, so we decided in 2010 to rent it. We heard about VRBO from friends, and we have been fortunate to have several very nice couples as guests in this past year. Many will be returning next year.
We live in Tampa and are both busy professionals. We wanted a place to go to on the weekends and to keep our boats that had easy access to open water as well as many amenities. Being close to John's Pass Village allowed us to take advantage of the shops and great restaurants. The house is moments from the Gulf of Mexico Beach, but has a view of the intracoastal waterway to watch the boats go by. Amenities including professional sports, theatre, museums (including Dali), galleries (including Chihully), and all the Florida amusement parks are within easy driving distance.
We really enjoy relaxing outside in the morning with a cup of coffee or at the end of the day watching the sunset. At both times you are likely to see dolphins swimming.
There are water view from the moment you step through the front door. You can sit at the end of the deck for fishing or crabbing, and occasionally even see a manatee!
