This new cottage is just two blocks from downtown! Built in the winter of 2010, this adorable home has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation or an exciting ski weekend. Our cottage is located 'in town' and only a 5 minute walk (2 blocks) to the beach, restaurants, bars, the marina, and of course Main Streets great shoppping! We are about as close as you can get to all the action but, you will feel like you are miles from the hustle and bustle. Our cottage sits directly next to a quiet park with tons of open space...perfect for practicing your chip shot or letting the kids run around. Also, our home is only yards away from beautiful wooded nature preserves with winding roads and walking trails. Our home is equipped with one 42' flat screen in the living room and two 32' flat screens in both the master and twin bedrooms. Charter cable, WiFi, new stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer. Come and experience our little piece of paradise in Harbor Springs!

Perfect location, walkable to town
This rental was everything we expected, needed, and more. We were in Harbor Springs for a wedding, and this put us in the perfect location for everything. We walked right into town for the ceremony, and after the reception on the point we had a short enjoyable walk back to the house. The beach was also an easy walk for a relaxing Sunday afternoon. The beds were quite comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, etc. It made for a great weekend up North!

Close to everything but on a quiet street
Tastefully updated comfortable home located within a couple of blocks of the heart of downtown Harbor Springs. The water/ marina is the same distance. The street is just removed enough from downtown to be very quiet with little traffic.
All the amenities of home and pet friendly as well. There is plenty of room for guests too. The area in general is stunning. Make sure you take the drive north up the coast called, "the tunnel of trees".

Lovely, quiet cottage
Over the years I have stayed in many different rentals/condos/resorts etc. in the Harbor Springs area and have never felt as much at home as I did in this beautiful home. It is not only decorated beautifully but it is as comfortable and cozy as your own home. The beds and bedding were soft and wonderful to sleep in, not like typical rentals where the mattresses and pillows are hard and lumpy or the bath towels better used as a scratchy washcloths. We had a wonderful week of skiing but if the weather had not cooperated we would have been just as happy to have a relaxing and restful week lounging in this fabulous, cozy cottage. In the summer, this location would be great as it is an easy walk to downtown and Zorn Beach. We will definitely try to rent this one again.

Loved this cottage
My family came up for a long ski weekend and we stayed in this adorable cottage. The owners did a beautiful job restoring it. We definitely would stay here again. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful time in Norther Michigan
We rent this wonderful little cottage for a week of sking, the house was less than 10 minutes from the mountain. The cottage is weel kept, full stocked and has a wonderful feel. When do you ever get to stay in a cottage with wool carpet, granite counter tops flat screen tvs and wireless Internet. Stop looking at the others, this is the place for you to stay. The onwers are wonderful to work with, if you rent it once, you will be back like we will.

We had a great time over the 4th of July. The cottage is even better than the pictures. It's so close to town with everything there...the bikes were very handy. Owners were helpful with questions. We plan on coming back for skiing.

We stayed at this cottage for the week and really enjoyed it's proximity to town. You can walk anywhere. Since it is new it was clean and well maintained. Being next to the park gives you lots of room to play outside. The neighborhood maybe a little tired but very quiet.
