Amazing House, Amazing Location

What a great house in a really cool spot. Very luxurious house, in a secluded private setting. Masachapa fish market is only a short walk down the beach. After that you will have miles and miles of empty beach. So relaxing and beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at Pochomil. The house had all the amenities that a family with small children needed. The pool which my two year old could not get away from was just the right depth. The staff was very professional. Dolores our housekeeper was always there when we needed something. The fresh seafood was great and the private beach was awesome. Thank you Maria for making our Nicaraguan vacation memorable.

This villa is by far exceeded our expectations. Very well thought after design and layout of the property. Maria, the owner, was a great help in making sure our stay was memorable and pleasurable. The help were very professional and a joy to be around.
We spent 4 days full of sun, beach, private swimming pool, and not to forget the fresh seafood we bought at the beach in Masachapa. 2 large red snappers, 2 barracudas, hand full of little lobsters, all were under $20.00 US.
Forget the resort across the street. This is your place. Your private beach. Your personal staff. Your memories.

Extremely pleased with our vacation stay. This beach house has all the amenities of a hotel but with the comfort of a home. It was great to have the beach only a few steps away but it was even better to have the pool at our leisure. The staff was very professional. I would definitely consider this house for future vacationing and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation.

This Home is way more than I expected for the price. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and secure. The pool is fantastic. The home is across the street from a sugar cane plantation. Dolores,(the housekeeper and chef) made us lunches and dinners. The meals were as tasty as my grandmothers cooking. I had a great time and I would definitely stay here on my next trip.

The week we stayed at the Masachapa beach Villa is destined to be among our fondest memories of Nicaragua. The pleasure was not limited to the beauty of the home with its luxurious appointments, the excellent care provided by the staff, nor the awe-inspiring proximity to the ocean. Even the walks on the beach, cool evening swims in the pool, and the glorious tropical flora and fauna were not the best part. Best of all, our time in the beach house afforded a glimpse of daily life in this fascinating country, not just as tourists, but as residents with all the comforts of home-- and then some; it demonstrated that paradise was indeed attainable for us in Nicaragua. Altogether, a unique opportunity and a memorable experience that we can whole-heartedly recommend.
