We stayed at Maushop Seaside condominium 7/14-7/21/12 and had an excellent vacation. Jerry and Susan have lovingly maintained this property with great attention to details. We had a relaxing week and would highly recommend this cottage.

Our family of 4 spent 1 week at Jerry and Susan’s cottage (July 7th – 14th) and we couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we booked, Jerry and Susan were attentive to our interests – providing detailed information on surrounding sights. The cottage matched the photos and description perfectly! While cozy, we never felt crowded – it was very comfortable and the kids enjoyed both the loft and the sunroom. The décor is very welcoming and the arrival basket was appreciated. Jerry and Susan have thought of everything – the kitchen is well stocked, there are beach chairs and an umbrella, many movies, games and outdoor activities, and fans that cool down the cottage very quickly after a day exploring. The unit is an end unit, which allows for privacy when dining outside and a great parking spot! The backyard is directly outside the patio gate; our boys spent many hours playing together there (ring toss, croquet, catch etc.). The beach is a short walk away, but once you see the view from the flight of stairs it is breathtaking. The water is calm and after passing a narrow strip of stones, it is sandy and shallow. We always felt that the kids were safe. The location is ideal for seeing the many things that the Cape has to offer. Some of our favourites were within 5 minutes – renting kayaks and paddleboards at New Seabury Marina, bicycles from Bumble Bee bikes, mini-putt and excellent pizza! Beaches in Buzzard’s Bay, Cape Cod Bay (Mayflower Beach is amazing!), whale watching out of W. Barnstable, and Plimouth Plantation are all worth seeing and easily accessible in 1 hour or less. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Cape Cod!

Nous avons adoré notre semaine à New Seabury. En plus, il a fait très beau. L'endroit est magnifique et à 2 minutes de marche d'une plage semi-privé. Nos hôtes ont pensés à nos 2 petits garçons agés de 3 et 5 ans dans leur panier bienvenue rempli de friandises et de petits jeux. Il y avait beaucoup de commodité dans le chalet et même des jeux pour jouer dans le sable... Pour les amateurs de jogging, New Seabury est rempli de sentiers aménagés pour la course ou la marche. Recommandé pour séjour relaxant au bord de la mer.

If you are looking for THE perfect holiday cottage in Cape Cod look no further. Jerry & Sue's cottage by the sea which matched all our expectation in every respect.

As it is their own cherished house most of the year, you will find that it is so well equipped, cosy, with a gorgeous bedroom, a lovely dining area in the conservatory to breakfast in the morning sun & a private garden area with a gas BBQ to dine in the evening sun. Why dine elsewhere when you have your own outdoor dining room eating steaks, ribs & burgers from the nearby Roche supermarket on the barbie?

The pleasant surprise to us was that the cottage in situated in a private country club with manicured woods, lawns, golf course, ponds & luxurious clapboard houses. The Americans certainly know how to live so make sure you hire a convertible, drive around the area & live the life the American way. The local beaches are superb & woodland walks relaxing

If you've never been before, do ask for Jerry's help & guidance as we found it especially invaluable & thanked him personally over a beer. We especially loved Falmouth, Martha's Vineyard; Nantucket & Chatham & driving on route 6A but advise you to avoid route 28 around Hyannis.

I've been to the USA many times before and always come back with warm memories of their positive approach to life & friendliness especially to we Brits. They always have a relation or several in England & expect you to know them and there's always humour in the way they talk to you but if they ask if you are from New Jersey I understand it's not a compliment!

So to recap a perfect cottage in a superb location which was very well equipped with great customer service. No need to look further 10/10

Our stay was perfect in every way. The owners took care of every detail. The cottage is so beautiful, and just a few moments to the ocean. We recomment this cottage to everyone, you will love it. You can walk to the center to eat, shop or just get coffee in the morning. We will return often to jerry, and Susan's wonderful fully equiped cottage by the sea. Thanks for being wonderful to us in every way.
The pictures of the cottage were just what you get-beautiful.Everything was in perfect condition.

My husband and I were married on Maushop Village Beach on 9-10-11 and we stayed at the Cottage by the Sea for the 3rd time in 2 years. We are now officially "addicted" to this place and plan to return next year for 2 weeks! Jerry and Susan are wonderful people who go the extra 100 miles to make sure every stay is beyond perfect. This Cottage is so comfortable and charming. Having the private beach, shopping, and restaurants so close by are real bonuses. We can't imagine ever vacationing anywhere else. When we visit, we don't often leave the immediate Maushop are because it's just so nice and relaxing. We highly recommend booking the Cottage by the Sea! I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in the decision. The day we leave we actually start counting the days until we return. How's that for loving the place:)

My husband and I stayed here following our wedding to relax for a week. It was fabulous and more than expected! We happened to stay during a hurricane and the owners were amazing and more than accommodating leaving us candles and flashlights and even offering for us to arrive at a later date if needed. Maushop is amazing and the market has great food and is within walking distance. Our only regret is that we could not have stayed longer. It was a fabulous trip and I'm sure we will be back in the future!

My family spent a week in this wonderful Maushop Village cottage and it was a terrific experience. The cottage was exactly as advertised and even more charming than we expected. It was also a closer walk to the beach than anticipated. This was my third trip to New Seabury and Maushop Village was my favorite spot, by far. I can't imagine a better place to spend a week than this cottage. Jerry and Susan were the perfect people to rent from. They are thoughtful, attentive, professional, organized, friendly, and they go out of their way to make you feel at home.
