View of the water, sky, and boats with the palm trees swaying welcomes you to your vacation home with cool inviting sea colors throughout. Beautifully decorated, high end furnishings, custom drapes and plantation shutters. Each room equipped with TV and DVD. 2 kings with walk in closets. Walk in pantry in the kitchen. For morning Bloody Marys to 'Happy Hour' with sunset, there is a wet bar equipped with an ice-maker and blender. Ground floor, just walk out your door, sit on the patio or enjoy the bench on the pier and watch nature's show.

October Fun!

Our second trip! This time with my boys and thier wives and my grandkids. The condo was very clean and the location is great for families right across from the Beach and the Ole River in Back .. The grandkids all had a ball fishing from the Pier and we had fun playing with the Boat right out back.

Best Vacation!

This condo and its location were perfect! Beautifully decorated, spotless with everything you could need. We loved being on the ground floor, no elevator wait or crowds. Plenty of parking just outside the condo entrance made unloading groceries etc. so convenient, which meant more time enjoying our vacation and less time doing chores. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space on the patio just off the family room and fishing from the dock. Our family enjoyed the daily spotting of dolphins and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from this condo! Veronica was so helpful getting right back to us via email and phone and recommending places to eat, kayak rentals etc. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful, peaceful condo again! Thanks Veronica for one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had.

Our most memorable trip

This was our best stay ever. We visit Orange Beach yearly and have always stayed on the Beach side...many floors up. We prayed about finding a spot that would fit everyone's wishes....and we found it! We had two sets of grandparents, my oldest son, and three granddaughters. The grandparents each had their own king size bed and private baths. Everyone fished and caught something, we went swimming just a few steps from the condo and we went to the beach right across the street couple of times. The best part was being on the ground floor so the grandchildren could come in and out without worry. Thank you Veronica and Gene for working with us and making this one of our most memorable trips. We will be back.

THIS DELIGHTFUL CONDO SETS RIGHT ON THE BANK OF OLE RIVER.
THE BOAT SLIP WAS JUST OUT THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND ONLY A FEW STEPS AWAY. THE CONDO IS VERY NICE AND ROOMY. WE HAVE BOOKED ANOTHER STAY ALREADY IN OCTOBER 2012.

Wonderful Stay

The description did not do justice to this beautiful condo. We had 7 in our party including 3 young children. The space was wonderful. We discussed the fact that we may never stay beach side again. It was so peaceful inside and out. My husband and I loved the down topper on the bed. It was like being hugged all night long. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing and serving meals. The grandchildren loved being on the dock with nets and fishing poles. Veronica was very helpful with any questions asked and met us on arrival to make sure everything was to our liking and answered all questions regarding the condo. We highly recommend Desoto's restaurant. We also enjoyed Rotolo's. We have never been more comfortable or relaxed on our trips to the Gulf. Highly recommend this condo.

Thanks Veronica, for making our vacation dreams come true.

GREAT CONDO and SUPER OWNERS.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with more than the daily essentials. Veronica and Gene were more than helpful with any and all of our requests. We liked the River location as much or better than being on the beach, it was so quiet and peaceful. The wildlife was abundant. We watched the Dolphins swim by on a daily basis and Otis, the resident Blue Heron, was a joy to watch. We would definetly reccomend this condo to family and friends. We really are looking forward to staying here again. Thank you Veronica for maiking our stay very enjoyable and Gene, maybe we will get some fishing in next time.

Great Condo

My husband & I recently rented this condo with two other couples. The condo is very nice and we would definately rent it again! We enjoyed being on the downstairs floor with the boat dock right outside the back door. It was very clean and well decorated and well stocked for cooking. The only complaint was from the couple in the master bedroom that the bed was lumpy. I would reccommend this condo and can't wait to go back again! Thanks Veronica!!!!

Owner's Response: I appreciate the compliments about my condo from these guests. I also appreciate the complaint because it will serve as a reminder to always ask my guest if they like the luxury of a FEATHER-BED. I do have a 'top of the line' mattress on the bed, but as an extra treat, I also have a wonderful feather-bed on top of the mattress, which is considered an upgrade at the high end hotels, and is standard in Europe in the best places to stay. So far, every guest has absolutely LOVED it, so I quit asking in advance if it was an option they wanted. I respect the fact that they didn't like it, and I wish they had said something to me, as removing it is very easy and I could have done it in a matter of minutes because I live just a few miles away. It is my goal to give my guests a fabulous place to stay on their vacation and I work very hard to meet their needs. They, and any guest, is absolutely within their rights to request this be removed. In the future, I will make sure to let my guest know the feather-bed is an option. Thanks for the opportunity to address this issue.
