Beautiful 1700 square foot newly remodeled and re-furnished single story condo. Three master bedrooms with 3 in-suite full baths. Faces the Eastern sunrise with an elevated view of the double fairway championship course and the Santa Rosa mountains.

Large family room with cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling back wall mirrors and plenty of comfortable seating. 50 inch Sony flat screen TV, DVD and CD players and wireless Internet add to your enjoyment and will satisfy your every need.

Travertine floors, granite counters, beautifully appointed granite and travertine bathrooms and a brand new kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar with seating.

Each bedroom includes firm top-of-the-line beds, ceiling fans, mirrored wardrobe closets and elegant designer furniture.

There is a private front courtyard with a new gas barbecue and the covered back patio includes table and seating for 6, as well as separate area with lounge chairs.

We've owned the Gladiolus condo in Palm Valley club for 6 years. We love the beautiful serene surroundings, the community within and its ideal location to the mountains, golf, shopping on El Paseo and the multitude of restaurants.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is so relaxing and has the feel of simple elegance. It is so nice to get away here when we have the chance. Everything in Palm Desert is so clean and new. We love the landscape, the beautiful mountains, the great restaurants, the golf , hiking, and shopping.

The photos accurately reflect the beautiful home. It is even more beautiful in person. Very nice property, extremely clean and modern. The owner was very helpful and kind during the whole process, which made the stay even that much better. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The property is very central and has everything you need within a minute from the condo. I am looking forward to planning another trip out there.

A Most Wonderful Getaway

We were looking for a calm and comfortable getaway after a long and busy few months. As soon as we walked in the door we knew we had found the perfect place. With beverage in hand we enjoyed the patio seating and wonderful views. The furnishings were beautiful! the leather recling sofas were just the ticket for watching the large HD TV. It was well equipped - we searched for nothing. Their renter's book was a great resource. The owners responded quickly to our emails making the transaction very quick and easy.

This property was great - loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom.
Alos loved that it had sun all day! Friends of ours has a condo in this same complex and it is great. Close to great shopping!

This condo is a wonderful home away from home. Very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated, it has everything you need for your stay. The property is very clean, and well maintained. The owners are very easy to contact and communicate with. Many good restaurants, shopping and golfing within easy driving distance. The complex itself is quiet, friendly and very beautifully landscaped. I would highly recommend this lovely home to family and friends. I cannot think of anything that you would need that isn't already in this home other than a hair dryer. This property is suitable for families and couples who enjoy lovely surroundings. I Thank the owners for sharing their wonderful property.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, well-maintained property. It was ideally located for us close to grocery store, golf courses and some good restaurants, particularly liked the Cork Tree restaurant. The property itself was well equipped for the few meals that we wanted to prepare. A highlight for us was a patio facing the east on a golf hole which was wonderful for morning coffee.
The whole rental process went smoothly and the depsoit was returned in less than two weeks.

A great relaxing week

My husband and I really liked the Palm Valley condo on Gladiolus. He is so busy in his office most of the year and it is great to get away and enjoy this beautiful, relaxing condo and location.
We take walks, watch movies and enjoy the beauty and weather of Palm Desert in the winter.
I will come back again!

We love this vacation retreat

We have been here for the last few years. We love this condo and Palm Valley for our annual family getaway. This is the best vacation for the money my husband and I could have with our two boys. They have so much fun and we all feel like we've had a special time when we're done.
