Clean, comfortable and well equipped townhome. Excellent service provided when we found that we only had one "porch" chair. Two new chairs were delivered within 24 hours!

This townhome was wonderful for my family. We vacationed here with our 4 children and my mother. The townhome was very roomy and clean. We were grateful for the use of the pack n play, highchair, and stroller. I've never stayed anywhere that offered those items...thank you! Also, I left a diamond necklace on the nightstand and didn't realize it till we were 2 hours away. I emailed Segun and Debbie and had my necklace back by Wednesday of the following week....Wow....I GREATLY appreciate the honesty of all parties involved in returning my necklace. Thank you and we will definently be back to this townhome on our next trip to Orlando.

Our family had an amazing time, house was very clean, the beds very comfortable. The kids made friends at the pool which is heated. We spend a lot of time at the pool which had a slide, lazy river and hot tub. Best of all NO Bugs in our house.One of the best vacations we ever had.The owner is helpful and very reasonable. We plan to return as soon as possible.

Great stay!

The owner was very quick to respond to our request to rent. We rented this condo for only one night so family in Tampa (parents and 4 kids) could visit with us at the resort during our stay in another condo at Regal Palms. Having rented two places I can say that this one was the better or the two (cleaner and more spacious living area). The owner was very friendly, helpful and quick to return the security deposit after our stay. It was a pleasure!
We were there December 26 - Jan 1 and the resort was NOT packed meaning that it was still very enjoyable (not crowded in the pool or arcade. We also came with 4 children ages 5-15 and they all loved it!
Note: you can not use the pool etc. on December 31 (New Years) after 4 p.m. unless you have paid separately for the New Years Eve celebrations. A little disappointing but Regal Palms waived the daily amenities fee that day without us requesting so that was a small surprise. Again, we were in a different condo that day so unrelated to this owner...just an FYI.

Great location, great townhome!

This townhome was much more impressive in person than the pictures portray. Extremely clean, well-decorated, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was also very nice, the kids loved it! It was a very easy drive (15 minutes) to Magic Kingdom with little to no traffic, no toll booths. I would highly recommend this home for others coming to Orlando, especially DisneyWorld.

Comfortable except the bed

My wife and I and our 2 kids stayed for a week. The place was quiet and comfortable with all the basics. The one negative I would say was the bed. My wife wasn't comfortable on it. We do like to cook and ended up buying a larger pot for one of our dinners but the price of the pot was still substantially less than going out to dinner. Everything worked fine after we got the code straightened out. They gave us the wrong code to the front door so at first, we couldn't get in. We called the emergency line and in less than 5 minutes they returned our call, gave us the right code and we were able to get inside.
The kids really enjoyed the slide at the pool and were on it for hours. The lazy river was nice to relax and circle the area while the kids played. I would have to reread the description because at first we thought it was a 2.5 acre pool but it's not. It's a 2.5 ac pool area. If you are looking for a large lap type pool, this isn't it. Still, plenty of space to cool off and relax.
For those of you who would rather cook than go out for every meal, there is a Publix right at the entrance so grocery shopping was very convenient.

Beautiful Vacation Home near Orlando

Had a great time at this vacation property, just wish we had more time to enjoy everything. Families with children will love this place, it's not far from Disney or Universal and there is a great pool area with a small waterslide and lazy river. This home was nicely decorated and comfortable, you will not be disappointed.

It was a very nice place to stay. It would have been nice to be able to change the thermostat below 76 degrees. It was set and we were unable to change it. The only other thing we had a problem with was the matress in the master bedroom. Everytime you turn over it squeeks. The matress just needs to be replaced. Other than that the condo is very nice. Thanks so much for letting us use your home!

You just have to hold the down arrow for a few seconds first then continue to press it down and the Temperature will change. On your observation about the matress in the master bedroom, you are the first to make such an observation, we will test the matress in the master bedroom, if we observe the same thing as you claimed, we will change the matress. We truly enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms. The Condo was perfect. It was about 15 - 20 minutes from Disney and about 25 from Universal. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff at the front office could not have been nicer. This is a great place for families.
