The house met all of our needs and was a good location with respect to Disney. The owner was easy to work with and communicated well. The home is clean and in good shape. My only complaint was the hot tub never got hot.

we stayed there for a week and a half and we just loved the place.
Jerry was a nice person to deal with. Tasha, his manager, was a great and sweet person.
All 5 suites are spacious and comfy. The beds are amazing. The pool is great. We really enjoyed our stay in that house.
We thank you very much and I'm sure we will be back.

Great Family Vacation Home

My family and I have been going to Disney World for the past 10 years and have rented vacation homes each year. We were very pleased this year staying at Jerry's home( 07/24/ thru 07/31/10). It was just what we needed after long days at the parks. This home accomodated all of our family needs. Beautiful community pool and other services. Close to the stores and restaurants. I would definitely return and I highly recommend this home to everyone. Thanks for everything Jerry.

We are a family of eight aged from 7 to 67, we had the pleasure of staying in this home for two weeks from the end of April into May. We have rented in Orlando before but this house was hands down everyones favorite. The layout of the home is wonderful, the finishings are very nice, and the beds are comfortable. The appliances were all quite new and clean. The pool and the spa were wonderful to use after a busy day. The home is well maintained and very clean.
Shopping is close by, with a brand new grocery store five minutes from the home.
The location of the home is close to Disney and allows for easy access to the highways that lead to other attractions. There are also a number of great restaurants in the area. The Outback Steak House was very tasty.
The owner Jerry was great to deal with and the people working for the management company top notch.
Solana was very quite and felt very safe. The Guards at the gate were friendly and helpful. The Club House was also very nice and the people working there gave us some great tips for driving around the area.
My family has already decided to try to rent this home again the next time we are down in Orlando and we would recommend this home to anyone with a large family. There was plenty of room for everyone.
Lastly, just a little advice. If you decide to go to Cocoa Beach bring an Ice Chest with some food and drinks in it. Cocoa Beach Restaurants were very expensive. Don't forget your beach towels.

Wonderful place to stay!

This is a great house to stay in...very neat, comfortable, and roomy. We had 3 families and there was plenty of room for all of us! We took advantage of the pool every evening when we got home. This house was very close to Disney parks, Sea World and other attractions Orlando has to offer. We felt safe being that it was gated. I, really, can't say enough about this house....when we come back, we would definitely like to stay here again. The owner was very polite and easy to work with. Thank you so much Jerry for letting us stay in your home....we had a wonderful trip with lots of good memories!!!

Awesome Vaction Home exactly as described!

Owner was wonderful to work with. Place was everything pictured and written in listing. Place was clean and had everything you could need for your stay. We stayed for 9 days and felt like we were at home, not something you could do with small children at a resort.
Location was great, it was close enough to the Magic Kingdom that it didn't take forever to get there but far enough away that you had some piece and quiet. Close to many places to eat though we cooked all but one night!
Plenty of space for a bunch of people even though there were only 4 of us.
Covered patio was great for relaxing in the evening. Hot tub was PERFECT, we were amazed at how hot it really was. Washer and Dryer big plus when staying for so long. Also, not having to bring a high chair or pack and play was wonderful.
My daughter loved the princess themed room and the mickey room! She actually thought we should move into our vacation house...One of the days we were at diney she actually wanted to leave so she could go play in the hot tub at the house!
We will refer this home to anyone going to Orlando! We were very hesitant to book a vacation home as we have always stayed at resorts but after staying at this home in Solana I think we will always book a vacation home and if we are in Orlando it will be this one!

Thanksgiving in Florida!!!

We enjoyed ourselves immensely at your home during our Thanksgiving break. The house was beautifully decorated and the furniture was awesome. The layout was great. The bedrooms were all very nice and the children spent a lot of time playing there when they weren't in the gameroom or the marvelous pool. They really loved the pool!!! The spa was a highlight for the adults. Very relaxing!!! We loved having the wireless internet being that we had a lot of people doing online classes. The clubhouse was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable while we visited. The management company was very friendly and there whenever we needed them. Attractions were not too far away. We would definitely recommend this home to future travelers!!!
