Great condo and beach vacation!

We loved the condo and had a great vacation! The online description of location, amenties etc...were very accurate & the owner, Stephanie, was great to work with. She was very fast to answer all my questions, make the reservation etc.... The location was exactly where we wanted to be.....short distance to Barefoot Landing, very easy access to beach, great view and it had a pool and jacuzzi. The condo itself was very clean & had everything we needed! The laundry facilities were right next door which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a fun but relaxing family vacation, that's near the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants.

Our family had a great time at North Myrtle Beach in A Place at the Beach -windy hill. Excellent well maintained condo building and condo. Stephanie was a warm wonderful person to work with she made everything easy and from the reservation process to the check out process. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Great Place to Stay

I stayed here with my parents for a week. The place was about 20 minutes from the airport and easy to find. The view of the ocean and pool were great. The place was very quite. You never heard the neighbors at all. The pool was never crowded. The location was close to restaurants and activities/shops. The washer and dryer are right outside the condo which is really convenient. There were public bathroom (surprisingly clean) right right next to the condo so you did not have to go inside to use the bathroom. The owners were easy to contact and work with, Would stay here again.

The place was nice and a great location. Easy to get to:about 20 minute from Myrtle Beach Airport.Great view of the ocean and pool. It was really quite there. You did not hear any of the other neighbors. The washer and dryer are located just outside the room, so it was easy to keep an eye on. The pool was never crowded. The public beach access was right there were bathroom outdoors, so you did not have to go inside to use them it which was great. Close to lots or shops and restaurants.

A great vacation

The condo was clean and very sufficient for our needs. Our weather was perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves. The pool was well maintained and enjoyed by all, even if it was a little this early in the season. The location couldn't have been better to do a few outings. It's close to the Tanger Outlet and just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach. We really enjoyed the fact that it wasn't overly crowded. It's a nice size for 4 people.

I recently stayed at this location with my family of four. It was a perfect place to spend a few days and the location is great. The pictures are exactly as you see and the owner is fantastic to work with. Last year we had the opportunity to stay at the other location the owner has at #183281 in Cherry Grove. Both places are nice and clean and exactly as they are pictured on the site. The owner is right on top of things to make your stay as pleasant and worry free as possible. I will continue to visit both places.

We know what it is like to experience bad service and certainly never want that to happen to our guests. When you visit with us we want you to remember that your vacation was hassle free and fun. We only have two units so we have time to pay attention to the small details that make the difference - like the bottle of sparkling cider that greeted you when you arrived! A GREAT Place at the Beach!

My husband and I visited A Place at the Beach during our honeymoon in December. The condo was wonderful and the view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean, nicely decorated and had just about everything we needed. We only had to bring food and toiletries. It was great to have the cable access and DVD player for the days we stayed in. The furniture was so comfortable and cozy that we felt at home away from home. Also, the location is fantastic! It was a wonderful experience we will never forget. I would highly recommend choosing A Place at the Beach for your next vacation. You will not be disappointed!

THUMBS UP : A PLACE AT THE BEACH !!

We had a wonderful time at a Place at the beach. Everything was just great : the pool, the view of the ocean, the location, the beach, the cleanliness. It was a great place to say with everything like home. The owners are so helpful and understanding. Our 3 sons, 2 of 17 and 1 of 14 loved the place too.

You were able to benefit from two small, yet significant, things we have learned in dealing with our Canadian renters: 1) to accept all payments by credit card in US dollars, and 2) to have our support team (i.e, cleaning staff or maintenance man) to hand deliver the unit keys directly to you upon arrival. Both of these small processes have allowed us to avoid the delays that occur when dealing with customs (on either side) or with the mail services. These two techniques have made the difference in lowering the frustrations of both us and our renters. So now it is a breeze for our international renters!!
And I must tell you that the email you sent me where you complimented our cleaning staff was priceless. It made me proud that our support staff represent us so well. I have already informed her that at the end of this season she will receive a nice bonus from us as a thank you. We could not rent our unit and maintain it so well if not for the help of her/her crew and our maintenance man. They are always on the ball and we appreciate them all and their service!!
We look forward to your return visit in the future.

First time, not the last!

We have stayed in the area many times but not since 2008. This condo was more than adequate for our needs with all the comfort of our own home. The view of the ocean from our balcony was breath taking. The location was perfect, not too crowded and close to everything we needed. Overall, a very clean complex that was well maintained. We were so impressed we booked next year's vacation here before we left! The owner's are very thorough and accomodating. Thumb's up on this rental!

Great Location, Perfect for Our Family

This condo is right on the beach with a view of the ocean from its balcony. It was the perfect size for our family with two bedrooms. Our teenage daughter had a room to herself, and our youngest slept on the futon in the living room with her own TV. You can easily walk to the beach, and the property has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals and save some money. Convenient to many restaurants and stores in North Myrtle Beach.
