Colorado is beautiful all year round and can be enjoyed any season with endless outdoor activities right at your fingertips! Hiking, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, swimming, fly-fishing, shopping and so much more. This property has year-round activities and relaxation for the whole family.

Located in the heart of Avon, this fabulous newer-constructed two bedroom mountain getaway has all of the amenities of home... plus great views of Beaver Creek Mountain! Furnished in natural Rocky Mountain decor, yet modern. New stainless steel appliances just installed!

It is located in upscale Chapel Square (built in 1999) on the top floor with a great sunny view toward the west & Beaver Creek ski area. It is located within 5 minutes to Vail and 5 min walking distance to the newly built gondola located in the heart of Avon which takes you directly to Beaver Creek. This condo offers great rates with many conveniences such as the heated underground secured parking garages, community steam room, lockable ski locker, free internet Wi-Fi service, plasma TVs with DVD players and cable in both bedrooms, gas river rock fireplace, & cathedral ceiling w/ surround sound speakers.

Great restaurants are an elevator ride away, shopping & restaurants are on the ground level floor & grocery shopping is across the street. The Avon Recreation Center is less than a mile away. The recreation center offers a full aray of workout equipment, steam room, sauna and awesome aquatic center that kids of all ages will love. The Eagle/Vail airport is located 20 minutes to the west of the condo & Denver International Airport is approx. 110 miles to the east via I-70.

Enjoy the spacious master bedroom which features a Queen-sized bed, cathedral ceiling, wall-mounted plasma TV/DVD, & plenty of storage. The master bath has a double tiled vanity & jetted jacuzzi tub/shower. The guest/2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bunk beds with a trundle, wall-mounted plasma TV/DVD, cathedral ceiling & plenty of storage. The second bathroom is accessed by the guest bedroom or the foyer area for ease of use. This bathroom has a great tiled shower w/ beautiful glass surround.

The living area is spacious with a large couch that can seat 4. Luxurious designer furnishings throughout the condo, TV/VCR/DVD, washer & dryer, & fully furnished kitchen. Iron & ironing board available in the closet, hairdryers in both bathrooms.

I was only one person, but clearly I could have had my entire family with me because of all the beds! Very comfy and tastefully done...pretty darn clean as well. I appreciate you giving me such a good deal with only 1 days notices.

Your condo is beautiful. Very comfortable for two couples. We loved to be able to walk everywhere.
