We love the central location as we are within 15-20 minutes of most Maui attractions and the airport. Being avid walkers, we like to walk on the five-plus mile beach, bordering a bird sanctuary adjacent to our property. In the evening we take walks to the harbor 5 minutes away or eat in one of five renowned restaurants. From the harbor one can visit the Aquarium at the Ocean Center, take a whale-watching excursion, or a snorkeling adventure to Molokini. After owning the one-bedroom condo for more than 35 years we decided to buy a two-bedroom property in the same building to accommodate our growing extended family. Number 103 overlooks a manicured colorful garden, the pool and BBQ area located right on the ocean.

We and our guests enjoy sunbathing by the pool, complimentary coffee and doughnuts Friday mornings, and a Pupu party Saturday evenings. There is a delightful community atmosphere which provides vacationers an opportunity to meet permanent residents and share stories. Many vacationers are repeat guests for several years. They enjoy the well-maintained, private and quiet condo living as we do. When not in Ma’alaea or our other home in California, we travel extensively around the world, trekking, climbing mountains or teaching in China. We extend our Aloha spirit to you as we welcome you to the beautiful island of Maui.
