We just got back from our family vacation and we wanted you to know how much we adored your vacation home!!! What little things that we did have questions about were quickly answered and addressed. The location of this home was perfect. SO CLOSE TO THE PARKS!!! YEAH!!! We had a freaking blast and have already recommended this home to our other family members and friends. We will certainly rent again. The pictures do match the home and of course it was very roomy!!! The GECKOS are an added addition only because they are famous down in Florida!!! We didn't even need the extra sheets or blankets!!! THE GAMEROOM WAS awesome for our kids!!! I can't express our sincere gratitude for the promptness of each individual involved. Again we appreciate you allowing us to stay at your vacation home and look forward to doing it again. SINCERELY...THE FAMILY!!!!

We have just returned from the most amazing 10 days in your pristine holiday home. Everything was perfect. We are seasoned "renters" and can say this was by far one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed in. Not only that your management company were exemplary.
The location is a real bonus - we could be in the Disney area within minutes. But although close to the attractions the area was quiet ad relaxing. The home itself was comfortable and clean. Thanks for organising the guest pack on our arrival - what a lovely touch!

The pictures of this so called "luxury" villa are very nice and inviting. However, the picture of the pool and hot tub do not show that they are not heated even after you are charged daily for a heater that does not work. We were told by the management company that the heater was very old. We did get a partial refund for the lack of heat...why not all?

The description states that there is a stove and oven; however, it does not say that it does not work. We were told by the management company that the control panel was not working.

We purchased food to prepare and then had to discard since we could not make the food. We could have used the grill but did not want to spend our vacation cleaning the filthy grill before we used it. It probably was a blessing in disguise that the stove did not work, as the pots and pans were all scratched Teflon and not healthy for use. There were 2 smaller pans that were alright.
Also, the description states that there is an ice maker...not true.

The bedrooms appear very nice in the photos. What the photos do not show is the condition of the mattresses. If you plan to sleep upstairs...bring a sleeping bag for the floor; it will be more comfortable.

The biggest and most disappointing was the bugs. We had a closed canister of powder baby formula on the counter and when we returned from the parks to prepare the baby's bottle, we noticed that it was infested with bugs! Also, bugs were on the bathroom counter in the master bedroom. We were told that they would come and spray the day before we were leaving. We felt that with children in the villa and a pet, we did not want the fumes,etc. and we would be leaving the next day. We just put everything in the refrigerator to protect the food.

Bring your own stroller as we thankfully did. You would not want to put your child in the filthy strollers that are provided. We did use one of the high chairs, which should be very clean now, as we sanitized and cleaned it completely.

There are many other issues, dust on ceiling fans, broken light switch plate covers, difficult to operate sliding door off kitchen, dust on light fixtures, etc. so much more. You get the idea.

The location of the home was perfect and VERY CLEAN! The pool area was an excellent place to relax and hang out after a day of shopping or a day at the park. We hope to return again next year!

A wonderful place to explore theme parks, beaches, shopping - anything really! Disney a stones throw away, Universal a short drive. Lovely restaurants nearby. Free wifi. Love it!

Fantastic time. Want to stay here forever! Big rooms with big beds! Lovely pool. Great games room. Back next year
