Our family of 5, including 3 children under the age of 7, stayed at the condo during part of our spring break. It was just as described and as shown in the pictures, and very clean. The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable for us, and it was really convenient having 2 bathrooms. The balcony is great, and while it was a little too chilly for us to use, would be awesome in warmer weather. Parking was plentiful and right outside our front door.

We liked being so conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg and the national park. Especially with young children, spending lots of time in heavy traffic can be a challenge, so the short "commute" back to the condo was a major bonus. For us, it was also preferable to be home quickly, rather than navigating the winding drive up to a mountain chalet. Also, it was a short drive to the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the aquarium and all the Gatlingburg attractions.

Lastly the owner was very helpful and responsive in all aspects, including helping to return our son's beloved blanket, which was accidentally left behind.

We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Fantasic condo on a rushing creek. The sound of the water was so wonderful. Condo was very beautiful, spacious and clean. Great location within walking distance of Gatlinburg. The owner and HOA manager were so nice. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful condo right on a spectacular rushing creek. Very spacious. It was so peaceful to listen to the sounds of the creek and so cozy to come in at night and snuggle up by the fireplace. Condo was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

I couldn't have been happier with the condo. It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was large and well equipped. We spent a lot of time sitting around the big granite bar discussing plans or having snacks and drinks. The guys loved the flat screen in the living room and the fireplace. Even though it was freezing outside, I couldn't stay off the patio watching the river below. The hum of the river was the constant relaxing background music. Our bedrooms were private and on opposite ends, each couple had their own bathroom. After a long drive and a crowded grocery trip, the aquarium and a rainy walk to dinner.....the jacuzzi tub was a miracle worker! The only thing better was falling asleep to the sound of the water outside. I can't wait to go back!

We recently stayed over a long weekend in January 2013. This condo is very large especially for a 2BR condo. The open kitchen/dining/living room has plenty of square footage so you aren't on top of each other. Kitchen is plenty big enough for multiple to work in. The bedrooms are separated so noise from one to the other isn't an issue. Balcony has table and chairs as well as rockers overlooking the creek as you see in the pictures. This creek has some serious rushing water and you're able to get to the green area up next to the creek. The stackable washer/dryer holds small loads. Gatehouse condos is located .4 miles north and up hill of traffic light #3. We repositioned the car a little closer to traffic light #3 through #5 so the complete walk wasn't too long for the 6 year old. Prepare for crowds especially when the convention center is in use which is frequently with church based groups and organizations. We will keep this on the list for future Gatlinburg vacations. The condo was amazing, and we will be back. I only got to enjoy it for one night as I had to go home to my sick daughter. My husband and the rest of the children stayed for the week and it was wonderful. It is centrally located and close to a Trolley Stop so the teenagers could do their own thing. Mrs Martha was very helpful with anything we needed.

This is by far the best condo my family has ever rented. The listing really does not do it justice. Usually we go for the mountain view but we were drawn to this condo because of the stream and it did not disappoint. It was so relaxing to listen to while at the condo. This condo is absolutely beautiful, has anything you could possibly need, and was IMMACULATE!! We have 2 teenage daughters and this condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Being so close to the "strip" in Gatlinburg made it a great place to stay as well. Martha was so pleasant to deal with and made everything so easy. This goes to the top of our "best places to rent" list!! One of the best vacations we've had in a long time. Martha thank you for everything.

We recently stayed in this condo and it is great. It is nice and roomy and I liked being on the ground level. Easy to find and close in to the attractions. The stream running on the property is lovely and the sound is so soothing on the balcony. I would stay here again! Thanks to the owner for the use of their vacation place.
