This penthouse was absolutely spectacular. It was furnished with quality furniture & accessories, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. The sunset views were breathtaking and all of the other residents in the building were very helpful and friendly. This condo exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

Burnt Store Marina is a quiet oasis, away from the busy streets of the cities, with a very relaxed atmosphere. Boating, fishing, golf and tennis are available at your doorstep.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We spent 5 weeks at this condo in 2010 and enjoyed it immensely. Not only is it spacious, but all the rooms are beautifully decorated with high-end tropical furniture. The building is conveniently located and is very well maintained, with a terrific pool and barbecue area. The marina is just a short walk away, as well as the local waterfront restaurant, which serves great food and drink.

The view from the large lanai, which overlooks a wildlife preserve and onto Charlotte Bay, is gorgeous, with constant movement of Ospreys, Pelicans and wildlife. At sunset, the view of the sun meeting the water is as beautiful as you will ever see.

You do not need to be a boater to enjoy the Burnt Store Marina area. Golf, fishing along the marina, bike riding, great walking areas and other recreational options made it a great choice for us. We liked this area in particular because it is between Punta Gorda and Fort Myers, which for us meant less traffic and a more relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time and would recommend it without hesitation.
