We stayed for a week and enjoyed our visit. The condo is close to downtown, the Queen Mary, and the beach. The gated parking garage was an added bonus.

If you don't feel like driving, just walk west on 4th Street to just west of Alamitos and you can ride the bus for free. Just take the B line to the C line from Pine Street. We did this when we visited the Queen Mary and saved parking costs. We ate at Hole Mole, Steamed and NY's Upper Crust Pizza. All of them were yummy and close by (yelp.com helped us there). There are also great vintage shops on 4th (go east) that we enjoyed browsing.

Nice, simple place to stay with new appliances and tastefully furnished.

We stayed here for our family vacation and loved it. It had everything we needed...enough space, cooking supplies, a soft bed, and close to a lot of attractions. We were able to venture out and visit a lot of different beaches and Disneyland. The complex was very quiet and relaxing but I too was surprised at the neighborhood it was in. I would love to stay here again. The owners were very helpful and always emailed me back right away with any questions I had!!

This was our first time using a VRBO type service and we are well pleased with everything! Aileen was extremely helpful from the beginning of the transaction until the very end! NO problems what so ever! The condo is cute and very comfortable and looked just like the pictures posted! We are a family of 3 including a young child and this stay was just perfect for our family vacation. Everything we needed was right there! The condo is beautiful and clean and gave a feel as being home away from home!! My daughter was super excited to see that there were even toys in there especially since she couldn't bring alot of her own. As for location, the condo is close to just about everywhere we visited. Our family that we were visiting were just 4 miles away so it was very convenient! We only saw two neighbors the entire 7 days that we were there; the complex is peaceful! We especially like the fact that it was gated since we rented a car while there we were glad that there was a garage instead of street parking! All and all this was a fabulous vacation for our family and if we ever visit Long Beach again we will definitely try to rent from Aileen & Jason!

This is a cute and convenient VRBO. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished, nicely decorated, and generally well-equipped. I stayed here during a conference in downtown Long Beach and loved the convenience of the parking lot. The apartment was quiet and I rarely saw neighbors--so much better than a hotel. My only cautionary comment is about the neighborhood: I would classify it as having seen better days. Having lived in a city for so long, this didn't bother me, but visitors should anticipate that Aileen and Jason's apartment is a pretty oasis in an otherwise ordinary location. Aileen was very helpful and promptly refunded my deposit--terrific VRBOers!

We are family of four stayed in this cozy apartment for 5 days during the Easter Holidays. We came down to California with the purpose to show our kids the Disneyland and Universal studio. So, we need a place not far from both parks, plus personally - I’d like to stay close to the ocean and avoid big city traffic. This place just perfectly suites all those purpose. Everything in the apartment looks new – furniture, linens. The kitchen has all equipment you need to make a nice meal. The beds are very comfortable.
We did not have time to explore very well Long Beach itself – had the absolutely crazy schedule. But, we had a chance to see the stunning beach just couple blocks down the street from where we lived and visited their amazing aquarium. We would love to come back some time - just for relaxing vacation stay.

Loved my stay at this cute little condo. It fits all your needs! Aileen was very informative, and the rental process went perfectly smooth. I have used VRBO quite a bit, and definitely recommend this rental. You will not be let down! My husband and I stayed this weekend for the Long Beach Grand Prix. The location is definitely close enough to just walk to the track and restaurants around the track. Probably a 10-15 min walk, but cabs are also readily available. 100% recommend renting from Aileen and Jason!

A great place to stay! The location is convenient to all the special places in Long Beach and Belmont Shores and more. I particularly liked the that the condo is on the lower level, quiet, and gated. The lovely plants to the entrance is beautiful with potted plants and cactus.The best feature is you don't need a car. The Metro to LA is within walking distance and the Passport Red bus fare is so reasonable and easy to transfer.
Aileen was so helpful and ready to accommodate any situation. I would definitely stay again and recommend this to everyone visiting Long Beach!

My gf and I prefer short term rentals over hotels whenever we visit each other, and this was by far the best we've ever rented.

Everything is as promised if not better.

I have to be honest, I was slightly worried that the place wouldn't be as nice as the pics on the site, but it was better. It was a charming yet 'modern' and spacious apt, with everything we could need. I've stayed in short term rentals in the past and they always lacked something. Tvs are usually old, internet is slow, kitchen appliances aren't the best, etc.etc. but this one had everything better than my own home. I was also worried that the location wasn't gonna be the best, but not only was it ideally located. As some reviewers noted, there's a good Mexican food restaurant and bakery right in front, and there's various restaurants and grocery stores walking distance. We were less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and Downtown Long Beach, 15 minutes from Disneyland, 35 from Universal Studios and Downtown L.A.

My gf and I had a wonderful time, the place was clean, the entire place had everything one needed to make one feel at home. I can't recommend this place enough and I hope to be back soon. I recommend this place to everybody. Aileen was a pleasure to deal with and she returned our deposit faster than expected.
