This was a fantastic house for our family for 3 days in Los Olivos. It is impeccably maintained, super clean, and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for a family of 4. The flower gardens & backyard are a wonderful place to spend the morning with coffee or the evening with wine. The hammock was an excellent addition, especially for my children. 1 block to all the tasting rooms in Los Olivos and that Corner Cafe which makes a very good cappuccino. Excellent access to Hwy 154 to take you to all other Los Olivos and Foxen Canyon wineries. Just loved it!!!

What an amazing way to spend the 40th birthdays of 6 phenomenal women. Despite snow, 15 kids, jobs etc. we came from all over the country to this wonderful spot. Lots of wine & beautiful weather

What a great time & place to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. It was so comfortable for our family and a sweet garden for a kids to play in. We hope to come again on our many future trips to the valley to see our children at the Midland School.

We stayed at the Los Olivos house for 3 nights - my family of 4 and my parents. We were very comfortable with the kids sleeping in the dowstairs bedroom and my parents, husband and I taking the 2 upper bedrooms. The house is very clean and well equipt. The garden is gorgeous! Even fairy lights over the grape overhang that lights up at night.
Everything is Los Olivos is walking distance. We walked to the coffeeshop every morning. I would recommend Sides Hardware and Shoes for dinner and Sarloos and Sons for a fun drinking spot with delicious cupcakes.
The owner Melissa was helpful and responsive to any queries we emailed to her. Thank you Melissa - we'll be back!

This wonderful cozy house was our home base during our Christmas trip to the Santa Barbara wine country.
Our family came together from different parts of the USA, the weather was mostly cool and rainy, so coming back to such a welcoming place each evening really made our trip memorable - the decor and layout of the house is all about hospitality and comfort. Pine roping and a holiday wreath greeted us as we arrived at the front door and smelled so good.
The fireplace is very cozy - we all gathered around it each night.
The kitchen is well appointed with a very comfortable open layout - the large counter was a favorite place to hang out and snack.
The landscaping is beautiful - especially the arbor in the back yard covered with lights which come on at night. We enjoyed it mostly from indoors due to rainy weather, but we still felt that outdoor experience.
The location is perfect - we could easily walk to the restaurants, tasting rooms and shops in town that we love so much - felt away from it all when back at the house.
The house was immaculate when we arrived - the housekeeping crew did a terrific job!
The business end of the rental was organized, easy and pleasant - the information we received was complete and timely.
The only negative - if you can call it that - is the trundle bed in the third bedroom. Our family consists of three adult couples - we used the air mattress in the loft bed for the third couple.
We will definitely rent this house again when we come back to Los Olivos!
