This was a beautiful condo and had all the amenities you could every think of. We had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable staying here. We love Clearwater and will definitely be returning!

This condo is the largest one I have ever stayed in. Also beautifully decorated. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The younger ones enjoyed being so close to the beach and activities. It was a wonderful experience. The weather was great for the end of January when we were there.

This was by far the most relaxing vacation our family has ever had! Even withTropical Storm Debby in town, the condo was so comfortable and provided everything we needed when we were "rained in"! The owners, Tim and Heather, met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the condo and had a folder filled with information, including restaurant menus and area attractions. The view from the balcony was our favorite spot for morning coffee and dolphin watching. Our teenage daughters did not want to leave! We would definitely return when planning a trip back to Clearwater. Thank you for thinking of the little details so we didn't have to!

I will try to put into words how impressed we were with both this home and the owners thoughtfulness in its contents, cleanliness and decor. For a family of 5 with two young children and grandma, it was perfect! The condo is both comfortable and beautiful down to the art on the walls (some I believe is even painted by Heather the owner herself). We have stayed in a countless number of condos throughout Florida over the last several years and this was by far the BEST. So much is provided - like condiments, spices, extra linens, laundry/dish detergents, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and so much more. This is a definite savings that travelers can appreciate.

The view from the balcony is gorgeous and relaxing anytime of the day. We shared many of our family meals from there & watched dolphins swim in the harbor. The sunrises were amazing. The condo location is only a few blocks walk to the beach and Pier 60 which offers some exciting night life and activities. The beaches were very clean, Disney was fun (but HOT!), the Capt Memo pirate cruise was great for the kids and the Clearwater Aquarium had WINTER the dolphin! Last but certainly not least, the luxury beds made sleeping away from home actually enjoyable for a change. The owners checked in with us and were helpful in guiding us to activities and food. I would love to keep this place our own little secret oasis, but I just can't! We are already talking about when we can return.

This condo is amazing and spotless in every way, all amenities provided for and decor of all the rooms is just perfect and beautiful. Ideal location close and a short walk to all restaurants gift shops and stores. Tim the owner and his wife thought of everything to make our stay as wonderful as possible. This rental is perfect for a family with kids, as well as singles or couples of all ages for a great vacation or a romantic getaway. We Will definitely come back as often as we can to stay in this exact place again and again in the future. I will recommend this condo to all my friends and family as well as anybody that will be looking to stay in Clearwater Beach or Tampa Bay area. 10 STARS FROM ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was our first time traveling to Clearwater and we will definitely be back! We have always used VRBO to find vacation rentals, but Tim & Heather's condo was by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was immaculate and they have truly thought of everything. They go above and beyond for their guests and it shows in every detail. We flew so we couldn't bring beach toys, towels, etc. They provide all that and more. The views from the condo are stunning and most things are within walking distance. Tim & Heather also provided lists of things to do, brochures, menus, etc so even though we were in a new place, we felt as though we knew where the best places to eat were and we had plenty to do. The beaches are stunning and very family friendly. We are already thinking of when we can come back! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!
