Quiet, Convenient, Modern, Amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo and the Biltmore. The complex is close to hiking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. I particularly enjoyed the onsight fitness center, the pools, and the quiet location of this unit. The condo is accurately depicted in the pictures. Loved the quiet, private balcony with BBQ grill and views. It has every modern amenity one would desire. And last, but definitely not least, is Daria. She made the process smooth and simple. Thanks, Daria.

An experienced desert snowbird, I have been delighted with my seasons at this condo and with The Biltmore in general. This is a comfortable, immaculate, well equipped property. The view is panoramic -probably the best in this entire complex owing to the second floor location at the quiet north end. Not photographed is a great built-in desk area. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The property managers are related to the owner and take special interest in the care and maintenance of this condo. I have already confirmed my plans to return for the third time next winter.

May 2008 – May 2009…… WOW….Just what I was looking for….”It doesn’t get any better than this.…This was a stunning home that is very clean, relaxing, and a great value. Its tranquil rear 2nd floor location, by far the best in the development, has cozy trend décor, outstanding views and is safe & secure. Your neighbors are friendly, helpful and quiet. “Everything you would expect and want to call this home”. The Biltmore is a meticulously maintained gated property that offers year round top quality amenities ie: 3 pools, grill stations, club house and an upscale gym. The location is spot on, only a few blocks to downtown Palm Springs, shops, restaurants and minutes to other neighboring towns. I will always return, if available, when visiting/working in Palm Springs.

What a great place! We stayed for a couple months and our stay could not have been nicer. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed and furnished. It has an excellent mid-century modern flare. The Biltmore Colony is a beautiful new complex with multiple pools, a gym and meticulously landscaped paths and gardens. There is also a big fire pit which is great to sit around on cool winter nights. A trendy new coffee hangout and restaurants are within a minute walk. We highly recommend The Biltmore and this condo in particular.

We had the pleasure of staying in the lovely and hip Biltmore residence, we found it to have all the flavor you expect from a Palm Springs vacation with all the modern conveniences. It's wonderful location made it easy and convenient to get to downtown and surrounding cities. We especially enjoyed the on site gym and swanky pools. In the evenings we were able get away from the action and enjoy the star filled skies and mountains silhouette from the balcony. We would surely return to this Biltmore residence in our future travels to Palm Springs. We found everything thing about it was clean, convenient, accommodating, and hip. We can't wait to return.
