This is a lovely couple's hideaway with every facility one could ask for. The pool is wonderful - a great size and very warm, and the private beach is just perfect. Use the kayaks provided to explore the islands and gawk at the mega-expensive water side homes - a really interesting and relaxing way to see the neighbourhood.
Two really cool his n' hers bikes were also provided with the property which were really useful. Another nice touch is Apple TV which meant that when we had a quiet night in we were able to curl up and stream our chosen movie from iTunes. The sound system is great too. We barely used it, but the kitchen has everything you could need.

We hesitated before booking a place so far North and the owner was shocked that we hadn't rented a car. We began to wonder if we had made a mistake but actually the location was perfect. It's a tranquil oasis in a bustling city - we loved returning to the peace after a night on Ocean Drive. It was easy to get around using buses, taxis and the bikes. There are easy cycle routes to Bal Harbour or Surfside either by the road or on the boardwalk. It was nice to be in a neighbourhood we might not otherwise have visited - check out Lou's Beer Garden (great food and drinks by the pool) around 73rd and also Sazon nearby for great Cuban food.
The beach around here is better than South Beach and much less crowded and it's just a short walk / cycle from the house. When you need your SoBe fix, a cab is only $20 (and only $33 to the airport). In the end we were really glad we didn't rent a car and so we didn't have the hassle of parking in SoBe or worrying about how many Mojitos we had consumed (too many!).

The only very minor negatives I would mention were the lack of maid service - we stayed 10 days and a quick once over in the middle of the stay would have been welcomed. Although we knew in advance there would be very limited provisions (and a grocery service is available at a charge), it would have been a nice touch to have had slightly less austere provisioning. It seemed a little at odds with such a generously appointed house and the overall cost. It's pretty near to perfect and for us, these would have been the icing on the cake.

All in all this house makes for a really varied and interesting Miami Beach experience and we'd definitely recommend it. The owners are really helpful when you need them and completely unobtrusive otherwise.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Loft. Sebastien and Roos were extremely helpful and informative and made us feel very welcome.

The loft was very well maintained with gorgeous furniture and a lovely exterior. We also loved the location as we could get around easily.

We have recommended this place to all our friends and are hoping to stay there when we return to Miami.

It's very rare that the places you book online actually live up to the photos, well in this case they do. We stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon and it was perfect.
We were greeted by Sebastien upon arrival who was very hospitable and showed us around which was comforting.
The loft is situated in great location if you want to be close enough to South Beach, yet at enough of a distance to enjoy some relaxation that the surrounding Surfside and Bal Harbour beaches permit....which are only a 5 minute bike ride away (the loft has 2 cool bicycles too!).
The apartment itself is modern, stylish and original and has all the amenities you would need.....and more.
It also has a great outdoor area, which was great for sunbathing or taking a swim....or even a bbq. Plus this area looks great at night when all the lights on the trees are turned on!
All in all, I would stay here again without question and would almost definately consider staying at any of their other properties.

This rental is everything it says it is and 100 times more. Everything you could need is made readily available meaning there is very little need to leave this beautiful property. Our stay was so relaxing and peaceful we really did not want to leave. Roos and Sebastian looked after us during our stay, nothing was too much trouble! Their sincere hospitality is both welcoming and comforting. Every "top of the line" amenity you can reasonably imagine is provided. The property itself is simply magnificent. The ability to set the mood via various lighting options, and versatile decor is astonishing. You can only appreciate the time and effort put into creating an environment that's relaxing, while being breathtaking.
If you're looking for total relaxation, seclusion, luxurious comfort, and a romantic jump-start (to say the least) ...this is one of various properties in which they offer which will accomplish/ satisfy all of the above.
Simply put, my wife and I plan on giving each property they own, a quality visit. It would sincerely be our pleasure! Awesome properties, owned by awesome people, which made/ makes for an awesome stay!! Worth every penny and then some!

This house is absolutely amazing! Oliver did a fantastic job in creating this serene vacation home. My wife and i did not want to leave this home at the end of our trip. Everything was provided for us to live comfortably and Oliver was always there if we had any questions. Will definitely come again.
