This condo completely lived up to the expectations provided on the website and is perfect for budget conscious small families.
Beautiful Cocoa beach is really steps away.
Our tween really enjoyed the ocean waves and the provided boogie boards.
Our teenager enjoyed isolated sleeping on the futon in the sun porch!
It is well equipped with everything you need for a great home away from home.
Actually feels like living in a home rather than a rental property.
