Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-5)

Oceanwalk Condos...beautiful surroundings within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our condo is uniquely located on the heated pool, with gorgeous tropical views from the living room and patio. One bedroom with two full beds, pull out futon in living area and one full bath. Full kitchen includes microwave and dishwasher. Outside patio with table and four chairs overlooking the heated pool. Clubhouse nearby offers a fitness center, game room, and business center with wireless hi-speed internet.

Oceanwalk Condos are located in a serene setting with two pools, duck and fish ponds, playground, tennis courts, and clubhouse. If you want a change of pace take a walk down to the beach or pier about a 10 block walk. Large sidewalks make it easy to ride a bike. After a day at the beach you can stroll through the village for boutique shopping. The village also offers a large variety of restaurants with local flare. St. Simons Island and surrounding areas offer golfing, fishing, water sports, historic sites, shopping, great restaurants, and above all great people.

About The Owner

We live in Key West, Florida, with our sweet son, our two beautiful dogs, and demanding cat. We lived in St. Simons for a few years and fell in love with it. Our family still lives on the island, so it is always nice to come back. Every time we arrive on St. Simons Island we feel like we are coming home!

What makes this condo unique

Sitting outside on our poolside patio; whether watching the kids swim, having a cool beverage, or just taking it easy. When not poolside we love walking through the beautiful oak trees, long walks on the beach, bike riding around the island, and exploring surrounding islands. Don't forget to try a local crab cake and the legendary 'Brunswick Stew.'

Excellent location + well-kept condo = great month on St. Simons

It was hard to leave. Morning coffee on the patio, pleasant walks into the village, easy access to beaches and restaurants. The condo is perfect for a couple: enough room, quiet, clean, well appointed.

Looking back at the pictures of the condo make me Island homesick. Oh how I would love to be there right this minute! My family and I stayed here last summer, and it was perfect for us. The owners are exceptionally nice, and I hope to visit again soon.

Fun Family Get Away!

What a lovely time we had at this condo this past summer! We have two children under five and this was a perfect little home away from home. The location of the condo itself is right outside (walking distance) from the center of town. This unit is DIRECTLY accross from the pool and made it easy for us to take the kids to and from the condo. The inside of the condo was IMMACULATE and pleasantly decorated. We are sold on St. Simons and will return to rent this condo again soon! Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!

The condo at Ocean Walk was everything we expected and more. It was very clean, has great decor, and very good location. Colleen was very nice, and I'm glad she gave my husband and I the opportunity to stay in her condo. If we return to this area again, we will definitely be checking out this condo again. My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week and we felt very at home. The location is great. It seems as though we were only 5 minutes from everything. The price was beyond reasonable!! The condo was clean and well kept. The deposit return was fast. The complex was beautiful and very quiet, the pool view was relaxing. If I return next year for the Georgia Perinatal conference I would love to stay in this condo again. Thank you so much Colleen!

We had the best time staying at Ocean Walk! Two girlfriends & I stayed there for a girls weekend! Left the men at home! The location was perfect & very convenient to the little village and a short short drive to the beach. We really enjoyed the condo and the pool! Very cozy! St. Simons is beautiful!

My family (husband and 2 kids) and I were the first guests to stay in this condo. We were so comfortable and truly enjoyed our time there. Ocean's Walk is THE BEST location on St. Simon's Island. It is situated right in the middle of the beach and the village. We took our bikes and left the truck parked at the condo. It couldn't have been better! The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. I recommend this condo to anyone visiting the island! Thank you for sharing your condo w/ us and we hope to see you next year!
