The cathedral ceilings in the living room provide a sunny, open area for guests to gather around the incredible views, also with a piano and 52-inch television. Two dining rooms have seating for 14 and a kitchen island seating area also seats three. Kids and kids at heart can slip away to the game room and enjoy challenging each other to a game of pool, ping pong, Foosball or movies on a second large-screen television. The comfortable sofa pit group makes viewing a pleasure while you are relaxing. It is also the size of 2 twin beds and kids make this their beds all the time. Its really comfortable and relaxing. Step outside onto the large wrap-around deck and take in the beautiful backdrop of Breckenridge Ski Resort while soaking in the eight person private hot tub. The large furnished deck has 3 tables and 14 chairs and is perfect for a BBQ cookout while entertaining friends, family or clients. Other amenities include a one-car heated garage(the other single car garage is an owner lock off), and walking distance to all shops and restaurants in Breck. The house sits on 3/4 of an acre private treed lot. You can also park up to 6+ cars in the large driveway which is another great amenity that other houses just can offer.
The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, and the main floor has in-floor radiant heat, free wireless Internet, basketball hoop, a central vacuum cleaner and jetted tubs in both master baths. The deck has a 8 person hot tub with mountain views and is equipped with 3 iron tables with seating for 14 and a bench. In the first of two master suites you will find a king-size bed and a roll away single is available in the closet if needed for a small child. The second master has both a king bed and a twin bed, along with a cozy gas fireplace. Both Masters have full bathrooms with dual vanities, shower and Jacuzzi tubs. On the lower level, one of the guest bedrooms offers a queen bed along with twin bunk beds. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed. Their are 2 full bedrooms downstairs so that each bedroom has its own full bath. This is a very nice feature to have and is not found in many in town homes. We just finished the new bathroom in the Summer of 2012 and it is a great addition to a house that was already one of the nicest in all of downtown Breckenridge.

This is the Keller Family. We always like to share our house and our goal is to have repeat guests every year at our house. Kylee is 16, Chandler is 13 and Gray is 8. They love to go to Breck as much as possible. When we are not in the mountains we love to go to the beach. We love our house in Breckenridge because of the downtown location. We can just park in the garage and walk all over downtown. It is great to not use a car for the entire time we are on vacation in Breck. The views from the house are another main reason we bought the house. They are the best views of anywhere in Breck. We love to watch the skiers going down the mountain and sitting out on the deck at night has great views of the snow cats grooming the mountains. It is really peaceful and relaxing. We really wanted a house that was downtown so that we could just park at the house and walk all over downtown Breck. We also wanted a house with increditble views. We feel very lucky to have found a property that had both of these. The layout was great also. The 3 levels work out great. The master bedrooms are completly secluded from the rest of the house and each other. They have the best views of the entire house. When you wake up you are looking directly at the Breck ski mountain. What a way to wake up. The basement is soundproof so it is perfect for the kids to go down and play games or watch TV and not bother anyone else. Its a win win for everyone. The large heavily treed lot was a great bonus for us when we were looking to purchase this property. It feels like you are in the middle of the forest and very secluded but you are still right downtown. It is truely a dream house that we feel very blessed to own. We bought the house in 2008 and have had many guests stay at the house over the past several years. We always love it when they sign the guest book and talk about what a great time they had at the house and how it worked out so well for their vacation, birthday, anniversary etc.... It is the perfect house for almost any occasion. I think all of our guests would agree and we think you will too.
There are very few homes in Downtown Breck that have amazing views, 4300 s.f. with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The ski mountains look like they are right outside the windows. Truely amazing views...
