'A Million Dollar View” is the name of this 3 story chalet over looking the quaint little German town of Gatlinburg, TN and surrounding Smoky Mountains. The view is breathtaking as you sit on the deck and watch the Gondola glide overhead on its way to Ober Gatlinburg. Elevation is around 3500 feet. Sometimes snow reaches the Chalet but not the town below. The Chalet is comfortable and has all the accommodations that you would expect, 5 bedrooms, hot tub, fireplace, pool table, pool and tennis passes. The Chalet is close to Parks, Shows, Restaurants, Water Parks, Shopping and many other Family Fun activities. Come, bring the family, build some memories and let our home be yours!

Beautiful Cabin ~ Gorgeous View!
The cabin is clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. It also has plenty of flat, cabin level parking which is not something you always get with cabin rentals in the mountains. It has a nice big hot tub, which you can't really tell from the picture and the pool table is super nice too!
The mountain view is amazing during the day, and at night the view of Gatlinburg is beautiful as well. While we were there it did snow, and that was super gorgeous! The cabin does have a wood burning fireplace, which made it so cozy. They were calling for 6-12 inches (we only got about 4-5), but when we contacted Jeff about extending our stay in case we got snowed in, his response was "if you get snowed in, stay an extra night on me!!" It just doesn't better than that! Sadly, it wasn't necessary to stay the extra night, because they do an amazing job of taking care of the mountain roads in this area.
We have stayed in many cabins in the Gatlinburg area, but this cabin was outstanding! Thank you Jeff for sharing your beautiful mountain home and for being so kind and generous when we thought we may need to extend our stay! Hopefully we can stay again soon!

Beautiful, Peaceful, and Private
The pictures on the site here are very accurate, and the home was nice and clean, and very well-maintained. Our group was 4 adults and 5 children (ages, 7, 6, 5, 4 and 10 months). Other than getting used to the spiral staircase, the kids had a blast as well. There is plenty to keep them occupied. The pool table and hot tub were in great condition and there were televisions in all the bedrooms.
My only suggestion to the owner is that cleaning supplies be made available. I would have liked to be able to clean the counter top and kitchen table with something other than water. We also could have used a few more basic supplies like trash bags and paper towels. Other than that, this place was perfect, and I'd return again in a heartbeat!!
