This condo was a perfect fit for our family of ten. As advertised, it's a true ski in/ski out location, and the inclusion of four lift passes makes it an attractive value. The condo is comfortable with bedding variations that fit our group of teenage and young adult children very well, and the hot tub is a great gathering spot for après ski debriefs. We hope to return to LR23 the next time we make the trip to Snowshoe. Be sure to check out the condo website---owner's personal tips are informative. I would add that we enjoyed South Mountain Grille in the old Embers spot (walking distance from condo), and I would echo that the best plan, especially during busy restaurant seasons, is to bring food and enjoy family meals in the condo.

We loved staying here! Fabulous location and easily accessible to green, blue and black runs! Nice little place! We loved Foxfire Grill close by! We had 8 inches of snow while we were there! Beautiful!! We want to come back soon!

We stayed at this property over New Years eve and it was FANTASTIC! This town home has everything you could want and is in my opinion in the best location on the mountain. We had 9 adults staying here and we were very comfortable the entire time. The bedrooms are comfortable and relaxing which was perfect after a long day of skiing. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect as we brought all our food with us and didn't eat out at all. It was just like staying in your own home. My three favorite things about this place were 1. the hot tub (awesome and big) 2. you can literally walk out the back door and down one flight of stairs, put your skis on and GO! 3. the home is a short shuttle ride away from the village which makes it a quiet and relaxing area. Oh and let me not forget the included ski passes...these were SO wonderful to have as lift tickets are pricey. you will save serious $$ for not having to buy ski passes for four adults! We will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay at at Snowshoe at property 162317 was wonderful The listing was accurate and the kitchen was fully equipped which was important with 4 adults and 5 children. The beds were comfortable and adequate number of linens and towels. The house was so well organized for skiing and the area to take ski boots on and off so helpful with small children. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind.
Snowshoe was beautiful despite the fact there was not enough snow to open all the runs and we could not take advantage of ski in and out. All the kids loved skiing and really did well for the first time.
They loved the hot tub as well as the dads. I would recommend this property rental without hesitation.

We had a family get together and this home was perfect! It had everything and more. The owners were great to work with and the communication made the process a breeze. Can't wait for our next get together at the "Skibums" home.

We stayed here February 2010 and the place is GREAT as advertised! Fantastic location - truly ski in / ski out and the conditions were epic! LoggersRun 23 is new and very well kept. The place was perfect for skiing/riding, very clean and Marc's "tips" were accurate and appreciated by everyone in our party. Whether we were enjoying the slopes, the hot tub or just relaxing and enjoying the views, this place is perfect! We will definitely stay here again.
