We had a very nice holiday. The villa was equivalent to 100 percent of our expectations. She is well maintained and stylishly furnished. She was very clean and we even had a good cleaning service in between.
The beach and the pool are very close to the villa, it was very comfortable. The security staff was very attentive and friendly. We felt very much at home during our vacation. The villa is an ideal base for exploring the island on day trips. Also for our two children this was unforgettable. Particularly nice was the day trip to culebra. This is an absolute must. We can highly recommend this villa. Thank you

What a lovely villa! The accomodations were wonderful! Everything we needed was provided, and Denise was extremely helpful and accessible . The first floor location is perfect for easy beach and pool access (both are a very short walk from the patio). The unit is decorated beautifully, and is very clean. It's a wonderful location...a beautiful villa in a beautiful complex. The patio had a very comfortable seating and eating area with a lovely view of the beautifully landscaped grounds, and the grill was quite handy! We enjoyed numerous restaurants in Palmas del Mar, and recommend that you explore the many amenities available. In addition to the lovely villa, we would like to sing the praises of Denise and the security personnel. They were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We have the highest regards for this beautiful place, and the beautiful people we met. We highly reccommend this villa, and will definitely stay here when we return to Puerto Rico!

the apartment was awesome!! really close to the beach!! kitchen had everything u could ask for and bathrooms were nicel remodeled.. bbq on the terrace was very convienient..denise was super friendly and gave me great vacationing tips..will return to same appt for sure!!!! thank denise for everything!!!!!!

We have just returned from a brilliant holiday in Denise's lovely 2 bedroom apartment. The home is very well equiped with everything you need for a great holiday. The home is lovely and clean with massive comfortable beds. En - suites to both bedrooms was a real bonus as well as the power showers. The whole property is furnished with a lovely modern feel. The location to the pool and the sea was excellent as they are both so close. We had lovely meal at the Wyndham Hotel which is a short walk down the road, there is also a casino here. We visited the Tennis Courts, Palma Nova plaza that has small supermarket and couple of resteraunts. Would definately recommend this apartment. Also Wi fi was a real bonus to keep in touch with family at home!!

Denise's condo iin Crescent Cove was beautifully decorated,very clean, with comfortable beds and plush towels and linens. The outdoor patio with the grill was such a bonus-having morning coffe and after dinner drinks outside was the best!. We could see the beach and the pool from the terrace,yet the unit was very private. The ocean water was warm and the waves were fun to ride,and the pool was so clean and refreshing.
All of the people we met in the complex from the staff to the other guests were friendly and helpful.
The central location of the condo was perfect for our teen as we had relatives staying in the hotel which was a very short walk.away. The hotel offered restaurants,a casino and an arcade. There were 3 other wonderful outdoor restaurants within walking distance,one just steps from the condo.
Palmas Del Mar itself is quite self contained- you could find everything you need on the well maintained gaited premises. There is a plaza with a wide variety of restaurants and general store,a marina with resturants and boat excursions,a tennis club and a beach club.
We did rent a car although many people just rent golf carts to get around. We went off the premises to do our grocery shopping and found the area easy to get around. We did a day trip to Luquiio Beach and an all day snorkel excursion to the island of Culabra which was awesome.
Denise was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She always responded promptly throughout the entire rental process and was always available everytime we called her with questions. We hope to come back next year and stay longer! Thanks again Denise!

If I will go back to Puerto Rico, I will come back here, for sure. I could not choose a better location, and a nicer villa. Loved the interior design, loved the terrace, having breakfast and dinner outside. The unit has everything you need (even washer & dryer and hair dryer). The complex is literally on the beach, and from the terrace you walk less than two minutes to the beach, eventually with a stop at the large, beautiful pool.
We visited Luqillo, San Juan, and other places, but Palmas del Mar is totally different: it is a big, elegant, well maintained, luxury resort, all gated and secure. My son is 22 years old, and he loved it, too.
What more would you ask for?

Condo just as discribed in VBRO ad. Clean and well kept. Beach and pool just steps from front patio. Wonderful atmosphere for familes and couples over fifties. Hear the waves from the condo and feel the sea breeze. Sit on the patio and soak in the evening Carribean night air. The master bed also opens to the patio ... nice touch in design. Denise B. is very accomodating and was responsive to our every need.

Palmas del mar is well kept, up scale and secure. The Security staff at Crecsent Cove is great, they even gave us a stamp when we needed to mail a letter.

The reknowned Puerto Rican hospitality was very evident.

Yes, we recommend this property and if we can swing it, plan a return trip next year.
