Enjoyable Weekend
I really enjoyed a relaxing weekend at the Chalet and I highly recommend this place. The location is scenic and quiet and even though there were other houses in the development the house felt very private. I would recommend bringing along food, beverages and anything you may need since it's about a 10 mile drive to the supermarket, Wawa, state store and restaurants.
The owners were very easy to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

Perfect Mini Getaway
This beautiful chalet was the perfect mini getaway. It is immaculate and even gorgeous in person. We fell in love immediately. It is equipped with everything. Everything was in top notch condition. Cozy and very comfortable. I felt at home. Lee was a pleasure to work with. He is very efficient, prompt and professional. During my stay I didn't even have to call him once all the information, directions and suggestions he provided us were on point and very detailed. I have to say I am very pleased and happy we had this wonderful opportunity. We are definitley planning the next getaway. :-) I can't wait. Thanks a million Lee!!

Nice place , decent location, Very helpful owner
My wife and I and our 2 teenagers stayed at Lee's place for a week. We had a nice stay and enjoyed our 1st visit to the area. Lee was very helpful with things to do and places to see. We spent several days checking out the poconos and only a 2 hour trip to New york City. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and the bedrooms were spacious enough. Our only concerns were the amount of grasshoppers that found their way into the house every night. The hottub was nice but smelled of well water. The wildlife around the house was neat to see with deer and turkey all around the neighborhood.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed my home. As for the hot tub smelling like well water, there is only well water available in this area of the Poconos. As for the grass hoppers, I immediately had an exterminator come to the house the same day you called. They sprayed and re sealed the air conditioning vent where they were coming in.
I also wish you would have acknowledged the fact that I spent multiple days on the phone with you prior to your trip acting as your personal concierge, and mapping out your first trip to New York City, and offering to personally drive you and your family to Manhattan in my own car since you were looking to save money and were unsure of public transportation. You vote this type of service average. Ha!!! My 40 plus 5 star reviews say it all. I vote myself 5 plus stars on how I handled this rental!!!!!!

Beautiful Home and a Great Time had by all.
This home was a wonderful place for a small get together to celebrate my youngest daughters upcoming wedding in two weeks. We had such a great time and enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful home to just talk and relax with some close friends and family. I would love to had more time to explore the area and activities, but didn't have the time.
The owner was easy to work with and had good communication with us.
I would recommend this house to anyone interested in a well maintained home and a good relaxing time.

Great place to stay
We had a great vacation at Lee's house in Albrightsville. The house is very clean and roomy, and it was a good home base for our group of 4 adults and two small children. Lee provided some recommendations on things to do locally, and this was very helpful. Overall, our whole family agreed that picking this house was a smart idea.

The Greatest.
Such a great place to stay. The locals are warm. Lee is a pleasure to deal with. We now have rented the house the last to Christmas' and already plan to book for next year as well. The place is super clean. Deer walk thru the yard. Thanks for the great expierience

Great Weekend 10/22/10
We just came back from a wonderful weekend at the Chalet. The home is beautiful and so is the area. I have to thank Lee for letting us see the home before we rented. We had a horrible experience with a home be rented in the Poconos during the summer (different owner), and Lee was very understanding about letting us come up and see the Chalet, after hearing our story. Everything was perfect and our 2 dogs loved the walks and seeing the deer & wild turkey. My family enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting outside in peace and quiet. Sad to say the weekend went to fast and be will be back in the summer.

Wonderful Chalet!
Another terrific stay at one of Lee's chalets in Towamensing Trails! This chalet is fully loaded, with two decks, the front deck features a gas grill and picnic table with a view of the peaceful front "woods", the perfect coffee spot. The back deck has the hot tub, very private, and the perfect way to relax after paintball. Or to just relax and soak. The stars at night are pretty spectacular from the hot tub.
Top to bottom, it's very clear that the owners goal is the guests comfort. All very tastefully decorated! The chalet is fully loaded for visitors comfort and enjoyment, owner furnished towels and linens makes packing a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need to live here, and we loved the "bar" and stools for informal eating. The living room furniture is comfy and plush, and is dangerously easy to nap on. Full bathrooms upstairs and downstairs adds to everyone's ease and comfort. The bedrooms are nice and spacious, plenty roomy, and way nicer than any hotel room. The pool table is always an instant hit - everyone loves to play, it's even fun to lose, frequently.
It was awesome to see turkey and deer, every day. The deer were in the back yard, the front yard, and seen on walks. Just beautiful! Towamensing Trails is a great community for dog walking, I spent many hours walking my three dogs on the basically deserted paved roads, looking at the woods and wildlife.
One of my favorite things about staying at one of Lee's rentals is Lee. Lee, you're just wonderful and so accomodating, so helpful, you couldn't have been any kinder or more helpful. And the great recommendations for dining and activities, so much easier than trying to find good places ourselves. We did enjoy Bella Mia and the Skirmish paintball was fun, we also enjoyed a day in Jim Thorpe.
We're looking forward to our December vacation at another one of your chalets! Thank you so much, Lee!
