4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, sleeps 10 adults
The villa is in the subdivision of Bella Toscana close to Champions Gate (Greg Norman designed USPGA golf course).
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite and the other 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with TVs. There are two reception rooms. One is a Cinema room with cinema style seats & hundreds of dvds to choose from.The other has a fold out queen sized bed. The queen sized bed is located at the rear of the house and folds out from the tan leather corner suite. A high chair and cot is available on request. The house is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans for extra comfort in all bedrooms and the living room. A recent addition is a laptop size safe.
The pool area has Florida glass for that extra privacy.

Absolutely Fantastic!
We are just back from our vacation in this home. The house is stunning. Nice and bright colors, good quality furnishings and has a very nice overall feel to it. and the management company is superb. They keep the facility very nice and clean. When I made a comment to them that the frying pan was a little "below par" they showed up with a new one in a couple of hours.. Very impressing. We hope to stay here in the future and would not hesitate a second about recomending this property. We also accidentaly left a DVD in the player which the management company shipped to our home address in Norway!!

We really appreciate your comments and I am pleased the issue with the pan was rectified swiftly .
The management company we use are in our opinion one of the best and are also only a 5 minute drive from the property so are always on hand should the need arise.

Brilliant Location Brilliant Home
I was slightly cautious before i visited this villa as it is a brand new development, but after i arrived I realised what a beautiful place this house & area is. The villa in my opinion is situated in the best location i have stayed in of all my previous trips to Orlando.
All the furniture in the property is modern & of high quality and not the usual vacation home floral pattern.The space in this home is another level of luxury we have not had before and will only be appreciated by a stay.
In Summary this Villa is luxurious, Spacious, In an area with easy access roads to all the funparks & attractions and has all the facilities expected of a vacation home but with many pleasant surprises !.

Best ever, Dream home
Stayed at this Beautiful home for 2 weeks and i must say after 20 years of holidays in Orlando this has to be the best yet
The standard of furnishings, the location & the community are all first class as was the help of the owners Maurice & Michael throughout the booking process & their prompt reply to any questions i had.
I would and have already reccommended this villa to friends & family and I will be booking soon for next year EXCELLENT !!!! Thanks Guys

Totally perfect 6 star
Just back from staying at this villa and i cannot describe how much i enjoyed my time there. The property itself is brand new and has mountains of space . The furnishings in this house are first class & the kitchen is well equipped . It is about 2 minutes from I4 and approx 9 minutes to disney.There are shops & restaurants within walking distance and i must give a mention to the Beef O Bradys sports pub/restaurant for the quality of food & live sport.
The community which this property is on is a mixture of residential & rental properties and is stunningly cared for. I have stayed in many rental properties over the years but to me this is the Jewel in the crown
I would reccommend this property to anyone and hopefully i will stay here in the near future again thankyou
