Enjoy a dream vacation in this stunning Juan Dolio oceanfront penthouse in elevator, concierge building.
Great room has soaring 18' ceilings with a wall of glass and sliders that go out to the spacious terrace, overlooking the pool and beach.
Furnished and decorated with great care by renowned interior designer Raquel Rodriguez, including the finest linens and accessories. Huge master suite upstairs with king bed and day bed, en suite bath and walk-in closet. Another suite with king bed and attached bath, plus third bedroom that sleeps four in two bunks on the main level.
The city of Santo Domingo is a great place to shop and tour. It is an easy day trip. The best beaches are here in Juan Dolio!

Wonderful place to relax
We went to this location just before the rush of Christmas. It was very quiet and very relaxing. The beach is beautiful and great for a long walk. This large apartment has tons of light coming in as well has a very large balcony where it is very nice to relax and eat out in the evening with the sound of the waves. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly. The area is a mix of older resorts, pubs and restaurants at the end of the bay (30 min. walk) along the beach and the building of new modern accommodations right next door with restaurants located right on the street. While you are there it is worth it to make a trip to Santo Domingo.

Great Girlfriend Retreat!
I really enjoyed staying in Juan Dolio. The beach is a 10! While the town doesn't have a lot of nightlife, for 3 single ladies, this was perfect for a chill hangout. The patio/view of the ocean is absolutely stunning! The patio furniture is brand new and set up for maximum relaxation. I had coffee and read my book while listening to the ocean every morning. The kitchen has all you might need for cooking preparation. The living room has great artwork. There is plenty of room for a large party to hang out and watch movies at night. The bathrooms are brand new renovations and the master shower is outstanding. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Wifi is also available and free. Overall a great stay!

RELAXING VACATION
We have just returned from our first trip to The Dominican Republic and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. We did not rent a car but it was an easy trip by taxi from Santo Domingo. The entire complex is well run with lots of security.
The public areas are very clean. We spent most of our time at the pool and beach. The condo was perfect for us...very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.
Juan Dolio itself is a small community, quiet with not much night life. We tried all of the restaurants and it was great to be able to walk to them. There is a tour company with different excursions close to the condo complex also.
The owners provided all the information we needed and we could even communicate via email with them right from the condo with the WiFi available. We all loved using our laptops on the balcony looking at the Caribbean !!
Our security deposit was returned promptly.
If you are headed for Juan Dolio this condo is a sure bet !

Quite possibly the best vacation ever!!!
If you are interested in truly enjoying the local experience of the DR while also enjoying the ultimate in comfortable living, this place is perfect for you. The condo is amazing...very beautiful. The design is open and spacious, simply lovely. The deck is enjoyable with a breath-taking view of the beach. Even though it is right on the beach, there is a beautiful pool right downstairs as well. The location of this condo is perfect. There are incredible restaurants within walking distance and the locals are so very sweet. I have vacationed many times at all-inclusives in the DR but this option is by far the best. It is a treat to be able to interact with the Domincan people outside of the hotel/all-inclusive experience.
The owners are extremely helpful and responsive. They provide a complete listing of nearby attractions and restaurants, which is very helpful while venturing out to do a bit of exploring on your own.
This place really has everything!!!

My Favorite Vacation Spot
I had the pleasure of staying here with my closest friend on my second trip to the Dominican Republic and just loved it. Unlike staying at a resort, this condo gives you the opportunity to vacation in luxury, but really get to experience the country and the culture. There are wonderful restaurants from the high end to the local hang out, all within walking distance. We even found a little place where we could dance until the wee hours. The condo is beautiful and offers everything you would need, yet comfortable enough that you feel you can relax, kick back and really vacation. Waking up and having a coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach is a wonderful way to start the day. The pool, that is cleaned daily, is spectacular and if you enjoy a massage on the beach be sure to ask for Big Mami...she is amazing! We had such a wonderful time we booked our next trip right and can not wait to go back!

Great Time
Just returned from a great vacation. The condo is exactly as you see in the pix (very nice). The beach is great. We arrived the day after a storm and the staff were busy cleaning the beach from debris (drift wood, etc). Short driving distance from the airport, Santo Domingo and San Pedro de Macoris. There are restaurants within walking distance of the condo complex. We recommend Madera Restaurant and Meson Restaurant. The staff at the complex are very accomodating and front desk staff speak English. The owners are also very responsive. There are lounge chairs on the beach and pool area. As in most rentals, there is some wear/tear on patio furniture, walls, pots/pans but overall we were very happy with the rental and enjoyed location. Just got back but we are looking forward to staying at this location again next year.

Very nice time at Costa Del Sol II
Overall had a very nice time at this villa, as the pictures indicate it's right on the beach with a fantastic view. The balcony was a great place for our group to relax and begin and end the day. The rooms were spacious, flat screens were a nice touch w/variety of Spanish and English channels. Kitchen had basic utensils/cookware, coffee maker, toaster for stay at home meals. The building staff was professional, security was good, parking and access was a breeze. The complex also had a fantastic pool and whirlpool with plenty of chairs reserved only for guests/residents of the complex. Far as location, Juan Dolio was an easy 30-40 drive from Santo Domingo; highly recommend a rental car. There are 3-4 mini markets in the immediate area along with two liquor stores. There is about 3-4 local restaurants on the same street with "El Meson" being our favorite. The area was very safe both day and night and on weekends many Dominicans seem to have places in the area and we meet several families during the stay. On the negative there is a lot of construction in the area (more condo units along the main road) and no big supermarket in Juan Dolio. The town is small and we chose this location mainly for the scuba diving company which is attached to the Barcelo Resort located down the street. Juan Dolio is not a big tourist area so if you are looking for large all-inclusive regions similar to Punta Cana this is not the location. However, if you are looking for a more quite, smaller town that has a terrific beach area and not opposed to inter-mix with more locals this is a good location. I speak some Spanish that helped during the trip plus the folks working reception and several restaurants spoke some English so communication was never an issue. Overall is was a great trip, the owner was very responsive and instructions for key pick up/drop off was a breeze. In all rentals there is some wear/tear on patio furniture, walls, pots/pans but overall my group of four Americans were very happy with the rental and enjoyed location.
