Sea Cliff is a beautiful home and it was the perfect accommodation for my family during our stay in Treasure Cay. We had friends and family staying in Ocean Villas and Bahamas Beach Club, both located directly across the street so it was easy to walk, bike ride or golf cart from place to place. Sea Cliff's central location was perfect for walking anywhere...to the beach, marina or to the markets. The house itself was very comfortable to stay in, and the spacious patio was a perfect place to enjoy evening barbeques overlooking the marina. I would highly recommend Sea Cliff as a Treasure Cay accommodation!

Exceptional property!
Just returned from a week in Treasure Cay. "Seacliff" is a beautiful home, exquisite furnishings in a prime location in TC. The rooms are larger than they appear in the photos, especially the master bedroom. This home has all the amenities you would expect from a high end rental property. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart to get around the area. The Bahama Beach Club, directly across the street has a beautiful beach, lounge chairs, umbrellas etc and a very attentive staff. I would recommend taking the ferry from Marsh Harbor to Hopetown, Elbow Cay for a day trip, rent a cart and explore. The scuba diving was exceptional from Green Turtle Cay. Also rented a boat for the day from JIC Rentals and spent the day exploring the other islands.
We were with our 3 children (in their twenties), they loved the property, the location, beach, etc. Although it is a quiet paradise, there is plenty to do and see.
This is our second trip in 2 years to TC. The area is growing, new airport terminal underway in Marsh Harbor, excellent new grocery store, Maxwells, in Marsh Harbor to stock up on supplies.
We love the outer islands and hope to return again very soon.

Perfect Slice of Paradise
The Sea Cliff was an amazing place to stay in Treasure Cay, and now know why it is the #1 rental in the area. Seasoned travelers, we have been visiting this area since ’93, and now know about the special things that Sea Cliff offers…location, privacy, impeccable amenities and attention to detail. Our family absolutely loved being included in the Bahama Beach Club amenities, yet having our own removed privacy! All the little things are what made the difference for us… the RO water system, the washer and dryer, the home layout/space-planning, the beautiful island furnishings, designer décor, linens, outdoor living areas, and spacious but separate living areas were the things that made this home the perfect home away for our family vacation. We loved the golf cart rental option, the close, yet private location—between the marina and the beach with a little peek of beach from the upper veranda for morning coffee and the amazing rear patio overlooking the canal—perfect for night star gazing! We have found our little slice of paradise and think this is the best deal and location for our Treasure Cay vacation. Thank you, Peter, and we hope to return as much as air service permits from D.C.

Wonderful Rental Property - Feels Like Home!
We had a wonderful time in Treasure Cay. We have been here before, however, this was our 1st time renting Sea Cliff. It was exactly as advertised if not better! It was perfect for our group (3 couples), we had plenty of room and everything we could possibly need.
Peter and Donna were great to work with, they always answered my questions immediately and were quite helpful with suggestions.
I would highly recommend renting this property. It has an amazing deck off the back, dependable golf cart and close to everything you could possibly want to do. I will be back...and thank you for sharing your home with other, it truly is beautiful inside and out.

Perfect in every way!
Thank you Peter for such a wonderful family vacation.
Everything went very well and we had a great time. The home was beautiful, very clean, and perfect for our family. We loved the sun deck!!! Also, being so close to the beach was amazing, and the WIFI was very handy to have. You have really put a lot of thought into the layout and setup of the home to make it so comfortable. Our friends that saw the place were also very impressed.
We can't say enough, but it surely is a beautiful home on a beautiful little island.

My latest "Girls' Week Away" was spent on the amazing island of Abaco in Treasure Cay. After careful research, we selected "Sea Cliff" as our home away from home. Without a doubt, "Sea Cliff" is by far the brightest gem in Treasure Cay. We were thrilled with its stunning decor in every room, its pristine cleanliness from top to bottom, its superbly equipped gourmet kitchen overlooking the raised deck, and beds that begged to be slept upon. There wasn't anything in the Fayerman's home that wasn't thought of to add to the enjoyment of our stay.
And what a stay it was! Just minutes from "Sea Cliff" was an exquisitely beautiful beach with the softest sand and the most amazing crystal-clear turquoise water that was just waiting to be explored. What added to our enjoyment as well was the incredible laid-back atmosphere among some of the friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet in my travels.
Treasure Cay had everything we needed just a walk or a short golf cart ride away but we did take a trip into Marsh Harbour for dinner and a ferry ride to Hope Town which was a fun place to explore. If we had wanted to move from our piece of paradise there were still lots of other places to tempt us but we truly did find it difficult to wander far from the beach.
I would give this home an excellent rating on all counts and would highly recommend "Sea Cliff" and Treasure Cay to anyone who wants a taste of Paradise.

We just returned from our best vacation ever. Treasure Cay is the most beautiful area to vacation. The house was beautful and there is not a more spectacular beach anywhere. Everything was 5 star. The people were so friendly and you can be as busy as you want or just relax on the beach.If you are looking for a place to stay don't look any farther you have found it. I have already recommended this house to friends it was everything they said it would be.

Amazing stay at Sea Cliff!
I recently got married on Treasure Cay and my family chose to stay at Sea Cliff. They had a wonderful time and loved the house! The listing does a wonderful job of explaining the property and the surrounding area. The house looks EXACTLY like the photos in the listing! The deck is huge and my parents actually threw a small welcome reception there for arriving friends and guests. Everyone commented on how gorgeous the house is. The house was extremely comfortable for my family and they had absolutely no complaints. My brother misses the golf cart :) Peter and Donna were extremely helpful in answering all questions and concerns and were very prompt in getting back to me. The house is directly across the street from one of the world's best beaches! I would highly recommend this property to any of my friends and family and we plan on staying there again!

Best Yet!
My husband and family have been traveling to Treasure Cay Beach for many years. We have increased our length of stay with each visit.
We just got back from a month, staying at the most comfortable home we have rented. It has great features and sits on a lovely piece of property. The owners are very accomodating, and were available by phone for anything! Have already requested a stay there next year.
Worth every penny! Service was excellent and the property was very well maintained. I would request this home to all of my friends.

Sea Cliff is a beautiful home in a great location with everything you need. It is plenty big enough for 3 couples. We enjoyed the large patio and the upstairs deck as well. You cannot find a better location with all the perks of a resort. We would love to return to Sea Cliff in the future!!
