We stayed here in late July and loved it. It felt like home. There's lots of room for gathering, a brand new kitchen, and entertainment area in the basement that was lots of fun for the kids. The back yard is lush and private. The house is lovely and very close to a beautiful shore line and beach. We were also able to take short road trips into the cape, Newport and Historic Plymouth. Glyn and Magdalen were very gracious hosts. We had a wonderful time.

We really loved this house, its position near a beautiful beach and in a secluded, woody residential area was ideal.The Plimoth plantation is just a short trip down the road and well worth a visit. Cape Cod and the first of its attractive little towns: Sandwich is just a few miles in the opposite direction. There are shops and a large supermarket about one mile away.
The house itself was very clean and well maintained and extremely well equipped with everything holidaymakers could possibly need and more. It was fairly cold at the beginning of our stay so we were grateful for the central heating. The owners were very helpful and the accommodation was exactly as described. We shall certainly recommend it to our friends and relatives.

We spent a weeks holiday in this beautiful house with our daughter and eight-year-old grandson. As soon as we walked in we were amazed at how spacious the rooms are and the impressive decoration and furnishings. Everywhere was spotless and so manageable - the kitchen had everything possible - every utensil you could wish for - and a lovely patio to sit out on the evening. The upstairs bedrooms are so spacious and such lovely comfortable beds - and there is another bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom which made it perfect for our family. Our grandson was in heaven in the basement - a table soccer/table tennis game and lots of DVDs and games to keep him (and us!) amused. Also lots of beach equipment for the lovely quiet beach in walking distance from the house. Such a great place to explore Cape Cod from as nowhere was far to travel. Glynn and Magdalene made it so easy to book - even with us living in the UK - unfortunately we didn't get to meet them but they were so helpful over the internet and phone - nothing seems to be too much trouble - they deserve to do well and thank you for a great holiday

This house far exceeded our expectations. The website can't fully show how luxurious and relaxing it is. It had everything we needed for our 18 month old's first beach vacation, including beach toys, a pack n' play, a booster seat and more. The beach, which is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, is an easy 5 minute walk. The house itself has all the conveniences of a pristine upscale home, from the ultra-modern kitchen and deck with gas grill, to the new rec room with foosball table! There are great nature walks nearby, and the local supermarket has everything you need a mile away. The owners Glyn and Magdalen could not have been more helpful in sorting out all the details. We arrived the day after Hurricane Irene (the house weathered the storm just fine) and the owners were very accommodating and gracious. Highly recommended!

A perfect house for golfers playing golf in nearby golf courses. Very clean house, great kitchen. The owners greeted us up on arrival and told us everything we needed to know about the house, way to the beach and what we needed to know for our stay. We can recommend this house and location for golfers.

This home was even nicer in person. Very clean and very well equipt with anything you could need. We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and they were so wonderful, they made sure it felt like home. Great basement with lots of things for kids to do and have their own space so adults can do their own thing. Beds were comfortable and eveything was so beautifully decorated.

It is a short walk to a great beach and a great central location to see all of Boston and surrounding areas. It was a great trip and if I make it back I would not consider staying anywhere but here.

My whole experience from beginning to end was great, thanks to Glyn and Magdalyn (owners) actually caring if we had a good time and had everything we needed. For the first time I actually have no complaints, honestly.

My family stayed at this wonderful cottage for 3 weeks in August. We had 4 adults and 2 kids (7, 10), this home was perfect for us! It is spotlessly clean with top quality accomodation. Our kids loved the downstairs bedroom with the beautiful shower room with a massive shower (with a seat!) next door, and the basement with their own flat screen TV and games! Their own little oasis. All beds are really comfy! Kitchen is fully equipped even for those with a keen interest in cooking (my husband!) Great variety of top quality utensils and cooking equipment. Decking and outdoor seating is fab, really private and great for eating/drinking outdoors. Home is located in a very nice upmarket area with a wonderful beach a very short drive or walk away! Beach does have steps down to it but is very clean and safe for kids! Everything you need for beach is in the house! Location is perfect for sightseeing in Boston, Cape Cod and Rhode Island (recommend GoBoston Card for sightseeing, 7 day card gives most value for money). Magdalen and Glyn provide a superior level of customer service and catered for all our needs! They respond very quickly to any questions/requests and we want to thank them for making our holiday so memorable, it was a real pleasure to stay in this home! We would recommend this home to friends and family, it is just perfect!
