We just celebrated my husbands 40th birthday in the desert at this beautiful house. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised how open and spacious it was. The pictures on the Home Away site did not do it justice. This house had everything you would ever need for a comfortable vacation. It has the most amazing pool, hot tub, and putting green right outside the back door. With plenty of outdoor seating and an outdoor ceiling fan and BBQ. This house was completely stocked with everything you would ever need including paper towels, spices, condiments,and etc. The furniture was not only nice but very comfortable. The house was very clean and tidy and in the most beautiful gated community. Located close to shopping, golf, casinos, hiking, dining, and much much more. The owners were amazing and so easy and helpful and would do anything to make our stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We had such a great time in the sun!

Our family stayed here for 12 days in March of 2011 and it was amazing!!! At the time of our visit we had a 2 yr old and a 10 month old so I was of course at ease when i saw the play pen in the closet and the booster chair available to use. everything was awesome - Great pool, great bbq, awesome kitchen, life jackets, and pool toys on hand and a great living room/open kitchen. Loved our time there and look forward to another visit! Close to shops like Target and grocery stores. There were so many rooms, we put our youngest in a play pen in the office, and the 2 yr old slept in the master bedroom walk in closet because it was HUGE!

This house was absolutely great! It was so big - fit 6 adults and two babies comfortably! The backyard pool, hot tub and putting green were awesome! The backyard gets hot sun all day! The beds and sheets were comfortable, all of the furniture was great. The community was beautiful - huge sidewalks to go for nice walks. There were two bikes at the house so bike rides were fun. There are tons of stores and food nearby. We had such a great time and the house really made a huge part of that! It was clean and the owners were great.

Stayed for 9 days in Oct/11 and had a terrific time. Very nice house with all the amenities (more than you will ever need). The pool and spa were the highlight, my 7 year old granddaughter learned to swim properly and my other 2 grandkids were never out of the pool. The owners, Tim and Cindy were most accommodating, in fact Tim drove from San Diego the first night to fix the heat in the pool. Anyone renting this house will have a great time.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have been able to stay at this lovely home for a week in September.

From the first contact with the owners and throughout our stay this was a fantastic experience ! The Owners were accommodating and easy to deal with and the property was beyond our expectations. Immaculate, well prepared, plenty of the staples we didn't need to rush out and go shopping. the pool and spa were wonderful and we enjoyed the putting green as well . Most of our ativites away from the home wear at La Quinta and PGA WEST, which was just a short drive (20 minutes) away.
We have stayed at vacation homes before, but this one is absolutely the cream of the crop ! I can't think of anything that was lacking in the appearance or in the owners quick responses and being available to answer our questions quickly.
Loved the grill, dining in and being able to not worry about getting all dressed to go to dinner. Everything was in perfect working order and well maintained. Plenty of towels, toilet tissue and paper towels etc....
The Internet was excellent - very quick and we had no problems using our lap top in all areas if the home.
We also were so impressed as to how quickly we received our full security deposit back.
. Just to sum it all up - EXCELLENT CHOICE !!!

I was in charge of organizing a weekend golfing extravaganza for my friend’s 50th birthday party in Palm Springs. During my search, I immediately fell in-love with this home and its location. This was actually my first time renting a home in the Palm Springs area, and what a truly wonderful experience it was!

The owners were very friendly, professional, and courteous. The rental process was extremely easy to follow, and the owners fully explained all the necessary information up front. The funds exchange went very smoothly, and my security deposit was returned as promised; two weeks after our check-out. If I had any questions or concerns, the owners were very timely in their responses.

The home itself was very modern, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous. The rooms were all a good size, and the layout of the kitchen/family room/dining room was very functional. When we weren’t golfing, we were in the pool & jacuzzi. The backyard had plenty of room to BBQ and the putting green was great! We had an issue where one of the guys left his phone and camera chargers behind. The owners went out of their way to ensure they were found and returned promptly.

Overall, we had a great time and will definitely rent this home again in the future. Next time it will be for a family vacation. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone interested in a relaxing and fun vacation in the Palm Springs area.

A lovely home fully equipped with everything you'd need or want to use. You couldn't ask for more helpful owners, so responsive and willing to answer any questions. This home works for all age groups and families. Quick and easy access to golf, shopping and the freeway.
