Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

You will enjoy the comfort, luxury and convenience of our 2 bedroom condo located on the river in the heart of Ouray. Enjoy easy access to all Ouray has to offer. We are footsteps from Shopping, Restaurants, Hiking Trails, the Ice Park, Box Canyon Park and Jeep trails.

Our condo is located on a quiet street 2 blocks off the highway. It is on the second floor and is a non-smoking no pets unit. The windows to the east have a view of the Amphitheater.

We have plenty of room to park your toys (boats, ATV's Jeeps) and trailers. NO additional cleaning fees if unit is left reasonably clean.

We owned and operated a motel in Ouray and missed the people who visited us. We enjoy providing a comfortable place to stay with all the comforts of home.

What makes this condo unique

By being located on the river it provides a cool breeze and pleasing view. Our property can accomidate large families or small groups in a comfortable setting with a nice yard and plenty of off street parking for trailers and toys. Great views, quiet location off Main Street.

Great Place to stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this wonderful condo. We won't stay anywhere else. Excellent views right from the front porch. Mike and Wendy are great to work with. Very accommodating with providing place to park our trailer with our toys. The condo is very nice and up to date. The washer and dryer in the condo make it very handy since we go there to do everything from ride dirt bikes, atvs, mountain bike, and hiking. It's also nice that it is close enough to the main drag through down so we can walk to dinner and shopping. We love to be able to here the river at night too. Also pet friendly.

We had recently suffered a death in the family and were looking forward to some quiet "veg" time in the condo, watching movies, etc. During our visit the building was being re-painted and the man-lift was roaring outside our window for several hours a day. We couldn't close the windows or it would be too hot. Also, we had no privacy because they were right outside our windows a lot of the time. The management was not willing to compensate in any way.

Owner's Response: The west side of our condo building sits 34 feet from the edge of the riverbank. The law would not allow it to be built any closer.Your condo was on the east side of our building which is only a few feet more away.

Before we did the (outdoor) painting, we knocked on your door to let you know what we were doing. During your stay we never painted for more that 3 hours per day. We were always respectful of guest privacy and never started painting before 10:00am for those who wanted to sleep in. The lift only ran when it was repositioned to paint a new area.

We felt we acted in a responsible and considerate manner with little to no intrusion on guest comfort or privacy. Unfortunately, we can only paint the outside of the building when the season, weather, equipment rental schedule and the painter's schedule allow.
