Great condo and excellent management

This is perfect accommodation for vacation on Maui. I knew it should be good based on the reviews and photos and it is fully exceeded the expectations. Condo is updated and clean, has beautiful view from the lanai, comfortable beds, well stocked clean kitchen, good TV, has air conditioner in each room. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, buggy boards was very helpful. The location of the unit is great - no noise from the streets and nice green ground leads from the unit to the ocean. Tracy (owner) is very professional, friendly and easy to work with. I would say this is perfect unit to stay in. I already recommended it to my friends.

Great family vacation!

The weather was great, the condo was clean, and our family had a wonderful time staying at Ekahi village. Sunsets, beach time, pool time and meals on the lanai. What more could we have wanted? Great place with lots of space for our family. We hope to be back to stay in this unit for a third time!

Very clean accommodation, very well stocked kitchen(not food of course!), no bugs! We found the owners very helpful and easy to work with. The towels were fresh, a well as the sheets and overall feel of the unit. We were pleased to see beach chairs and boogie boards available to us. Overall a very nice stay, very comfortable.

. Our expectations were exceeded by how well the condo was equipt, comfortable and very clean. The listing photos are very accurate, and the property is well maintained. The landscaping of the grounds is exceptional, and the main pool area is also very nice. Tracy was prompt in answering any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with. We would like to recommend Makena Golf Course as well as Gannons restaurants and best fish restaurant is Mamma's Fish House in Poii (you must have a reservation). We have alreading recommended this unit to friends and family, and hope to return ourselves in the near future.

If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable and peaceful setting for your family while in Wailea - this is it. Stop searching now! The photos are accurate. This unit is a gem within the well known and loved Ekahi Village of condos. Prepare to be wowed by luscious garden and ocean vistas. This condo has been nicely modernized and thoughtfully set up for an enjoyable stay. Our family of four stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas. This was our second visit back to the same condo and we definitely hope to return again. All communications with Tracy have been a pleasure as she is always so thoughtful and positive. This condo feels like a home away from home for us. Our only concern is that this unit is so popular ~ we realize that we need to be very organized and to book well in advance. Thank you again for helping us to experience another fabulous Maui vacation. Mahalo!

Unit 39C was an excellent property. It was clean, modern and well positioned in the complex.
This is a ground floor unit and had a wonderful view of the sunset each evening from the outside dining area. The online photos of the unit accurately represented it. We stayed there for 2 weeks. The beach was beautiful, and we snorkelled just off the beach and saw sea turtles and many small fish in close proximity to the shore. We visited two of the pools in the complex and they were clean and well maintained. We would like to come back, but next time for a longer duration. Our stay was wonderfully relaxing, just what a vacation should be. We have recommended this unit to our friends since we've returned home.

39C Amazing

This was our second stay at 39C and it was as amazing as the first time. The unit is not only beautiful and contemporary, it has absolutely everything you could need to make your vacation the best. The location may be the very best in Ekahi Village and we utilized the green space and perfect sunset views daily.
Tracy was fantastic to deal with and quite often immediately available to answer questions and attend to our needs. She was professional yet friendly. A real pleasure to stay at her place and have such an overall wonderful experience. I know we will be back!

Perfect from start to finish!!!

This Wailea Ekahi unit is a beautiful one , that is stocked with everything imaginable. from all the kitchenware right down to the beach chairs and toys. The owner was great to deal with and made our whole experience of staying at their unit, fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure that everything was in perfect condition upon our arrival, right down o the gift package. I recommend all three of Tracys units and can't wait to get back there again soon, Thanks again!!!

Wonderful holiday in Maui

We could not have been more pleased with this condo for a family visit/holiday in Maui. There were 7 of us , 2 children and 5 adults to enjoy this lovely accommodation. Everything from the directions when we arrived to the lovely home away from home with everything we needed. The green space was enjoyed by young and "older", as well as easy proximity to the pool and beach. The binder with info for the unit and surrounding attractions etc. was very helpful. Even the whales obliged us with there entertainment each day! We'd go back tomorrow.
